To whom it may concern, Saturday Feb 22 around 4pm I had a worse experience at a Love's travel stop #691 first I work for a job company that don't issue actual fuel card anymore everything is digital Normally the recommended us to fuel at pilot It's a lot easier you just open the app. You put your information then u get you a code. That's how you get fuel But unfortunately for love we don't have that option we have to do it manually Which i've been doing across the country with no problem finally I came to that store #691 Daniel boncuk refused to let me get fuel saying I need to call my company so they can give him the okay And I specifically told him the authorization, it's already on the card no need for that Still. Want to go back-and-forth with me Finally, I called someone which was hard to get ahold at someone because it was the weekend This I know he was bullshit the phone was in speaker and he asked yes or no. Are you authorized him to get fuel the guys said Yes, Without asking for no verifications whatsoever smh i could've anybody to say yes For that you made me late to my appointment that's diabolical Daniel boncuk operation manager he's a racist, anybody who abused their powers against people of color also threatened them to go elsewhere that's exactly what you are I would never step a foot in my store #691 again I've been a trucker for many years now and Been to love's across the country never had a problem. I have found Love's Travel Stops to be convenient and nicely done. I stopped here twice for gas when I was in Ely, Nevada, and it's easy to get in and out. I didn't go into the store as I had nothing I needed. No coffee, no restroom break, nor any of the other items I've seen at other Love's. What they provide is a large area with a good number of pumps. Prices are always comparable or better than the lowest price around. In the case of this stop, they also had pails with window washing equipment. I did use this. Since Ely is cooler than Las Vegas, insects live here and don't fry in the 100+ degrees here. It was good to drive out of the convenience mart with a clean windshield and a full tank! I made another stop on the way heading back to Las Vegas. read more

Love's are always clean and friendly! We filled up here on our way to Boise along with grabbing a corn dog and hot dog to eat. I was disappointed in the food. It was a bit later in the evening and not very good. I mean - I don't expect much from a gas station but loves has pretty decent dogs! As always, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Stopped to get a cup of coffee.. They were all out of creamers but one flavor. After opening little cups of creamer. Start going down the road and the coffee has a burnt flavor. Bathrooms needed a good cleaning! read more

I had to stop for gas at Loves in Ely Nev on our way home from snowbirding in the south. The gas price was ok for a small town in the middle of nowhere and it is a long drive to get there. After gassing up the motorhome and heading north I discovered at the next town that I had left my wallet at the gas pump. I frantically called the station and the wallet had been turned in much to my relief. It was to far to drive back to pick it up so I made arrangements with a local UPS outlet ,the problem was it needed to get there as there is no pickup in this little town. The manager at Loves was able to get one of her employees to take the wallet to the UPS store right away and get it to me. My greatest thanks to all who helped get my wallet back. Small town folk are the best folk. read more

COVID review: Big gas station. Super clean inside. Tons of food and device selection for purchase if you forgot something like a charger, blanket, or random hat souvenirs. Went to use the restroom and it was super clean. They have hand sanitizers outside the doors as well in case you touched anything on the way out. Would definitely recommend this place. read more

I was driving from Las Vegas,NV to Montana Ely Nv is on my way. My car broke down at the pump at 9PM it usually starts within an hour when it does this well it did not. Then the tow trucks wouldn't come until 6 am. I let the first employee know what as going and 2 other employees also knew what was going at 11 I lt cashier know insurance called ad no tow till 6A.M. thru were so kind told me not to stress I was okay there and could try and get some sleep. I was even asked if I had a blanket and offered coffee. Things like this jus do not happen anymore and I wanted to share this could of been so much worse. Bit it wasn't because I had someone where I could broke down and still be safe. THANK YOU LOVES your staff is amazing read more

Stopped here on the way to Utah. We didn't want to deal with the Vegas traffic. Upon pulling it we noticed a strong, foul smell in the air. Smelled like sulfur mixed with sewage. While my hubby pumped gas, I ran in to use the restroom (which wasn't the cleanest) and got out of there as soon as we could. I couldn't breathe! Idk what's going on in this area, but I won't be back! read more

Honest people and you don't find that everywhere. Left my credit card at the gas pump on my way to Boise. I noticed it was gone the next day. On my way back home they still had it! We stop by at this Love's every time we go to Boise. Now we will always make sure we stop and spend some money. read more

Sometimes on a family-emergency-cross-country-roadtrip you do the responsible thing and check your oil, and when you see your oil is out you fill it up- like a real adult. You're already congratulating yourself when you get the bad, sinking feeling that you forgot to replace the oil cap. Turns out you didn't just forget to replace it: it spent some time on the engine melting before falling out and getting run over repeatedly. That's how we got stranded in Ely, NV at 9pm on a Sunday with no oil cap, so we stopped at Love's. They didn't have oil caps, which only broke my heart into 20 pieces- but the staff jumped on it. One of the team suggested using this souped-up tape, which sparked a set of conversations about what temperature that tape would need to withstand. One member of the team, after learning I'd be willing to pay anyone $40 for their oil cap, canvassed the whole place- including the restaurant- and found two folks who were willing to trade. One of those oil caps fit. This team went above and beyond to get us back on the road at a really vulnerable time for me and my family, and I'll always be incredibly grateful. read more

If you are traveling from Jackpot Nevada 448 miles all the way to Vegas. Well this is it. I am dead serious. This is the only place I would recommend stopping the entire route. Clean, good food and most of all safe. Cool enough at night to sleep. And did I mention SAFE?? hahahahaha Do yourself and your family a favor and only stop here on that whole 448 mile drive to or from Idaho. You're Welcome. read more
