Keep Daniel Smith in maintenance with his poor attitude. He told me he was "getting overwhelmed with everything I put on the counter". He has some of the worst customer service I've experienced at Love's. He must've had a bad day and it sure was showing through his attitude. I thought Love's had friendly people. We pulled into the pumps at this travel plaza and heard very loud music blaring. We assumed the car ahead of us, which had its doors open, was blaring music that someone around age 14 thought we should hear. It turned out it was being played on the station's loudspeakers. It was loud and obnoxious and uninviting. We chose to get out of there as quickly as possible without going in to purchase anything. This is not a place we will stop at again. read more

The very worst engineering of a layout for a gas station that I've ever seen. With a camper trailer, there was no way to get to the opposite side of the pumps...it leads you to the wrong way of the Wendy's drive through. I saw three people do the same thing we did and had to back out. It should be called, "you better love it, because there is no way out!" read more

Another typical truckstop. They never have hot food in the middle of the night. You would think they could at least keep one or two hotdogs ready to go on their grill. If they're not cooking you think they'd be cleaning the grill but that's not the case. So disappointing read more

When comparing to other gas stations and truck stops I've always found Love's travel centers to be better than most. They are above average at a minimum, in my opinion. Restrooms are always clean at this location and I frequent it often. Overall a great place for a pit stop. read more

It is clean, and the staff is pleasant every time I have been here. The coffee is limited, and not very good. Wendy's is here as well and at times can get a little untidy. It is hard to get in and out of the place. They need to figure something out. Somebody is going to get killed one day at the entrance. The drifters begging for money are the biggest reason I choose not to go to Love's unless I have to. Every time I drive by, there is someone panhandling. There is a homeless shelter just 2 miles north where they can get help. Those folks work hard to feed and house them. There is also a VA hospital that is super ready to assist "homeless vets" in town. read more

Where should we begin The Rolling Romantics stopped here at STORE 220 ; 3305 W. College Dr. Cheyenne, WY 82001 and when I say the worst customer service from management on down to the cashier. The facility needs to be inspected by the health board. This is the current situation: I came in to shower after our shower I realized I needed to PU a few items that I needed to replace such as toothbrush and baby wipes and two Perrier waters and two cups of ice. Once I walked over to the very untidy area where the cups were and I tried to grab one at a time and my finger went thru the first one so I grab another and then the third and proceeded to the register to check out and Ray the cashier was like okay three ice cups and the following and I said no two ice cups and the following, Ray then responded well if you keep the cup I have to charge You .35 cents it's our policy. . I explained to him if I don't get the cup U are going to toss it so let me keep it because it's gonna sweat any way and I will toss it once I finish with my ice....Ray was like no either you pay for it or U toss it. I was like this is unbelievable. So I asked for management. Management Mike B. Came and said to me it's our policy U want the cup pay for it or toss it. Now I am looking like First of all you came up to me didn't ask me how can I help You, just immediately told me pay or toss. Now I am disappointed how he handled this. So I told him I had cups in the truck but I will go to the truck get my cups and fill them up for Dre. Now LoVes, this location has lost our business. You Lost the .70 for two cups and the other $20 for personal items and the $429.00 that we spend to fill up at your location because you were disrespectful in handling a regular customer. It doesn't stop there thou when I returned with my six 44oz cups (didn't need that much ice was making a point) I told management here are my cups I will be filling them for free now. So instead of them being nice Ami said well it's our policy if U like it our not and kept talking disrespectfully and I said to Ami do You realize I am a paying customer I wasn't trying to get a free .35 cup . Well whatever have a nice day. I said to Ami if you guys keep greeting customers the way you do this place or You want be here long. While waiting for my other half to come out the shower I asked them if The could tend to their filthy store and make it more presentable without all the first spots and juice and clutter around the snack area and entry to the store. Very friendly staff! The line to the women's restroom was really long and one of the staff members came to the women waiting outside of the bathroom in line if they would like to go use one their shower bathrooms. So nice! read more

When you gotta go you gotta go and when you need gas, you gotta stop. If you are traveling through Cheyenne and this situation happens, you might as well stop at Love's. This travel stops offers a little of everything including a Wendy's. The bathrooms are clean and the employees are nice. Trucker crip-crap is the most entertaining of all, naked lady flaps and now even naked men flaps for the lady truckers. Not much else to say about a truck stop except that this one gets 4 stars. read more

I will never come here again. I-80 was shut down do to the wind. I parked my truck and 16 foot trailer next to the other 3 or so big rigs in a no parking area. I was asked to move my truck and to park in another spot that was too small and blocked by even more rigs parked in no parking sites. I asked the guy how the hell I was supposed to park there and he said "I don't know". What about the other trucks in no parking areas. "Nothing I can do". This place can kiss my ass! read more
