Love's cut down a tree in my neighbor's yard a couple of years ago and the tree fell on the corner of my garage. After the company avoided my calls I contacted someone for legal advice. As it turns out, legal fees would have been so costly, I resolved to suffer the cost. The company is definitely a sham. I was at work when this happened and was told he had two young boys pushing the tree trunk,( perhaps to guide the fall ?) read more

my sister in law had new flooring put in here house and I finally was able to get up for a visit now we have know mike for many yrs and that is why we used his service I'm not blaming mike per say but the crew that installed. it's the worse I have ever seen she was paid about 2500 dollars and it looks like crap plus the house was empty at the time except for one room with stuff and a couple of his crew went back in the middle of the night and stole guns from that room. Now mind you they drove over 100 Miles to do this. Well I problem with Mike is he's not saying or doing anything about the situation Just giving people fair warning about this company and we will be seeking legal advice Thanks read more

I would have liked to continue to hire him, but I can't afford to over pay for a job. By the way, his prices climbed in a short 3-4 month period of time.

I and the property management company indicated to them that only a single particular tree was to be removed. Rodney's Tree Service correctly removed the desired pine tree, but then proceeded, without authorization, to remove a healthy 50' White Oak tree that provided shade for the home and also some 'debris' located across the yard, which of course added additional charges. This was and has been a very disturbing experience as well as a hit to the value of the property. I am searching for an attorney that will recoup my losses. I do NOT RECOMMEND RODNEY'S TREE SERVICE as they can't follow directions provided to them.

I told him that I wasn't sure what was going on, but it sounded like there was a small leak and I wasn't sure if it was something I was responsible for or if the county needed to handle it. It's a new property in a new city for us, so I was unaware the water meter was near the street instead of at the house. He was short with me, and treated me as if I was ridiculous for not knowing this. He was rude through our entire conversation. I told him I didn't live there full time, but I would be there Friday afternoon and all weekend. He spouted off something loud and fast, and then handed his phone to a woman who took my information. On Friday, I received a phone call from a different man who told me they were going to drive over and take a look. He was much nicer. I explained that I was in the car on the way there, but it would be a little while before I arrived. He said it was okay - they were 30 minutes away. When I got to the house approximately 90 minutes later, they were already gone, and it looked like there was a dug up area where the leak was. No one called me to tell me what was wrong or what they had to do to fix it. I had no idea if they just looked at it and left or if it was fixed. Weeks later, I received a bill for TWO HOURS of labor ($75 an hour) and $5.50 worth of parts. A grand total of $166.39. It's clear I was taken advantage of. There is no way they were there for 2 hours - his phone number and when I arrived there later makes that pretty clear. Last, even though I spelled my last name out phonetically (as I always do), it's absolutely mutilated on the bill. I also gave them my phone number, but for some reason, my parents phone number is on the bill as well. I haven't lived at home in 15 years, so that means they must have looked up my name online the CORRECT way to find old phone number, but still managed to misspell it on the bill and add letters that aren't even close. It looks really unprofessional. Overall, I'm just really disappointed. I have ran my own small business for 4 years, and I've been in customer service my entire professional career. They're missing the mark in all categories. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company.
