I've been a client at Aesthetic IQ Clinic in Scottsdale for about a year and a half, and Marissa,…read morethe owner, has consistently provided exceptional care. This review is long overdue, but if it helps someone else find her, it's worth sharing. Before Marissa, I saw another popular injector in Scottsdale and felt disconnected from my own face and unheard. I wanted to dissolve everything and return to a more natural version of myself, but my concerns were brushed off. Marissa completely changed that experience. She helped me dissolve my filler and thoughtfully guided me to a place where I feel more confident and truly like myself. What sets Marissa apart is her integrity. I've gone in many times for follow-ups with no treatment, and other times she has redirected or discouraged something because it wasn't necessary. She even advised my mom not to proceed with any treatment during her first visit. Marissa always prioritizes what's best for her clients and never puts profit first. She takes a "less is more" approach, listens carefully, and offers honest, expert guidance. The entire team, from Sam to everyone who works there, creates a warm, welcoming environment with none of the aloof or "mean girl" energy you often find in aesthetic clinics. I would recommend Marissa without hesitation, and I won't go anywhere else.

I don't usually write reviews, but the team at Ethos has made such a dramatic impact on my life…read morethis past year that I feel obligated to share it. When I first came to them, I was struggling badly. I'd go through stretches where I literally wouldn't sleep for 36 hours... not "bad sleep," but no sleep at all. My energy was crashing, my recovery was terrible, and nothing I tried seemed to help. As a father of two and a busy entrepreneur, it was becoming impossible to keep up. Ethos completely changed that and the crazy part is the plan we followed was simple. No extreme dieting. No overtraining. No gimmicks. Just a personalized, realistic approach that fit my actual life. I was convinced I needed TRT. I was ready for it. But after working with Dr. Matt and the team, my natural testosterone is now over 1200 at 43 years old, without taking anything. 100% natural. That still amazes me. One year later: * Sleeping consistently for the first time in years * Down 40 pounds * Up 15 pounds of muscle * Sitting at 225 lbs and under 15% body fat * Training only 3 days a week and eating foods I actually enjoy And here's the part that says the most: Ethos isn't local to me. It's a two-hour plane ride. And I still travel in because the results and the care are worth it. Honestly, I'd fly across the country if I had to. Ethos listens. They explain things clearly. They focus on root causes instead of quick fixes. And they support you every step of the way. If you're a parent, a business owner, or just someone who feels like their body isn't responding anymore, I can't recommend this team enough. They've been a game-changer for me.

When I was told that my T count was low at 40 years of age I was a little shocked to be honest with you. I had always associated Testosterone with bedroom activities for which I had no issues. On top of completely changing that game even, the benefits of T therapy have enhanced my total being and living experience as a whole. The energy, the clarity of the mind, changes in my physical makeup, my outlook on life, all of these attributes have really gone off the charts. My physical appearance is one of the bigger benefits! After being under the care of many practitioners and searching for someone who could help for the…read morepast 7-8 yrs I finally stumbled upon Geri. The first appointment I had with her she spent approximately an hour listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. She sent me for comprehensive blood work and I met with her a week later to go over the results and provide a treatment plan. Again she spent about another 45 min with me explaining everything in detail. She determined my hormones were all out of balance, which I had suspected as I was having hot flashes about 6 times an hour. I have now been under her care for about 6 weeks and I have to say all my symptoms have subsided. The hot flashes discontinued about 3 days into treatment and I can honestly say I feel like I did when I was in my 20s, I'm now 49. I have unlimited energy, the desire to work out, a sense of wellbeing, no more aching joints and I'm sleeping through the night. Making the decision to be under Geri's care has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health. She is truly a Miracle Worker!
