The guys on the website are not the guys that they have available to come to your house. When asked if they can provide pictures they provide shots of guys and they won't show you their face so for all you know they could be butt ugly. I would NOT recommend this company as you never know what you're going to get at your front door. The customer service experience was horrible and I wasted my time on a company that really isn't serious about making money.

"Alex" looked nothing like the faceless picture I was sent, looked miserable the entire night and did not utter one word to me or any of the guests. The woman who dropped him off asked about his duties and, even though he was supposed to interact with guests, this guy did not speak at all. He then spilled drinks (some of which landed on guests), broke multiple glasses and spent half of the night sitting in the corner on his phone. At one point he was given a tray of drinks to pass around and two minutes later he was back in the corner on his phone. I do not even know if he finished the 3 hour shift because he left without telling anyone. Book with another company.

Filled out the online form & received an automated response. I then emailed company to get more information. After several emails to them I finally received a reply (june 25, 2025) that the date was available & attached pkgs & pricing. I requested someone contact me to ask questions regarding the custom pkgs available so we can go ahead & lock in a deposit. Again, no reply. This went on for several days, then i receive a email stating they had a loss in the family 3 wks prior & trying to get back to some normality. My sympathy's went out to them & asked if someone could please get back to me at their earliest convenience I need to make sure I have this service for the wedding. I finally received a reply that they would contact me @ 3:00pm (July 1st). No phone call ever came. Turns out I found a phone # for a former employee (didn't know this at time as her # was on flyer) The former employee gave me the contact # for both OWNERS - COLLEEN & JILL. I text & called both of them & explained I was very worried I wouldn't have a bar service @ wedding because I haven't heard from anyone when I was told they would call me at 3:00pm in their last email & that had never happened. July 2, 2025 I receive a email not phone call - never spoke to anyone through the whole ordeal. Did you get a better offer? I know for a fact they are going to be at same venue 2 weeks after my event. I just can't believe that they would leave someone out in the cold like that. I guess for the amount of $$ they charge they feel they can just string along potential customers until something better comes along. They're was a variety of taste in their mocktails and cocktails. My favourite was the Muay Thai. The bartenders were professional and quick to serve. The event had almost 100 people but the wait for my drinks was never too long. I recently hired them for a small event for self serve mocktails, they arrived on time and did the set-up and displayed the drinks aesthetically. The drinks tasted great and were a huge hit with my guests. Highly reccomend their services.
