I boarded my 2 large dogs with them and explained my dogs' health issues in detail and was told I would need to pay extra for administering medication to one of them who was suffering with an ear infection and allergies. When I picked him up his ear infection was WORSE, his allergies much worse and he had developed a skin infection that was bright red and visible, and his anxiety was off the charts in spite of being on anti-anxiety medication. Both of my dogs smelled of urine and when I unpacked the remaining food, treats, + medication, it was obvious that they were not provided with all of their medications or treats.

However , since I started here it seems they have a turnover in help and now seem to clearly be understaffed. I was told to drop him off at 8:00 am. He was there for over 6 hours before I was called to pick him up. I was very unhappy and told her this was unacceptable. I had told the owner from the beginning I did not want him kept crated more than needed. If they are taking so many dogs that it takes them this long to get them complete, they clearly should be timing the drop offs so they are not having to crate them over this long of a period. I have never had my dogs in groomers more than 3 1/2-4 hours tops! Her answer was that there were only 2 of them working that day. Clearly they had more than they could handle in a timely manner. I would have preferred to be called and told they were shorthanded and I would have gladly rescheduled. Also I tried numerous times to call when time was ticking by, and they had no one to answer the call. Sorry to say, I feel their business practices have much to be worked out. If time is not a problem for you or your pet, then maybe this is the place for you.

Once you are approved, you can fill out your preferences and set a date a couple of days in advance to take a dog out. I loved the "Doggy Day Out" idea and had a blast! There are t-shirts you can purchase as well to wear...the idea is to get others to see the dog and ask questions in case they are interested to adopt them! I had this dog, Kingsley, for about five hours one day. We went on a long walk and then watched some TV for a while! He loved it! If you want to keep the dog overnight you can as well. They provide you with a fanny pack with some poop bags, treats, and a collapsible water bowl. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would come again!

This makes the 3rd vet we have been to for treatment of the same issue. This is the very first time where they attempted to find the root of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. I felt listened to and respected as a pet owner, like my concerns were actually taken into consideration, and we were offered not only solutions; but explanations as to why the problem may be occurring in the first place. We never felt like we were being persuaded to purchase anything unnecessary or upsold on anything. Everyone we interacted with here, from the initial phone call to the office visit, was beyond friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our dog was the most comfortable she has been in any hospital setting! She has been through some trauma, so it's really a big statement to say that she was more calm than usual. I'm very excited to have discovered this place and I can't recommend them enough! Thank you!
