I've been here multiple times now, and every visit is a great experience. The pedicures are AMAZING! It doesn't matter who helps you--Janna, Rose, or Lilly--they are all wonderful. Went here on a middle weekday with a girlfriend. We had a 1pm appointment. The ladies who serviced us were friendly, so customer service is good. But it started later, and we ended up being there till 3. When we arrived, there were 2 people there already almost done and 2 staff. The staff was busy so 1 lady walked in, they turned her away since it was going to be another hour. We picked colors, my friend was celebrating a birthday so she got a red glitter gel manicure and pedicure. I just got regular manicure and pedicure no color. Maybe it was a slow day, they did not have much staff so our appointments were staggered. But we were patient, my friend started 1st, but hers took longer and I had to wait for her as my appointment finished early. For the pricing it wasn't bad $115 for us both, my friend seemed happy for hers. I just had a few issues on my end, the massage chair was dated and it felt ok, but couldn't really feel it and I even sat in that chair for over an hour. The lady who did my pedicure cleaned and sort of massaged my legs and feet, but wish it was more pressure and a bit more attention. I usually go to nail salon to pamper myself for cleaning and massage not really color. Sadly on my hands, they didn't take my old polish off maybe because it was clear and she painted another clear topcoat over it. I get it a regular mani is not meant to last so they push gel, but if it peels off the next day the polish is just not good. It should at least last a couple days. Probably won't be back hence -2 stars, there are other nail salons in area that will give quality care in cleaning, massage, and polish in less time that it took us. read more

Fixing my review because I had perfect toe nails till I went here. They used shitty ass acrylic and did shotty work because I went on a Sunday afternoon and they were rushing to leave. I lost my whole big toe nail. I cleaned out the nail and it smelled awful and my natural nail came off with it. I think I got toe fungus. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR NAILS. I had to fix my hands too because they left them looking like crap. read more

Terrible service ! They always forget and change their prices half way through our session really unprofessional I left really upset! They also didn't give me what I wanted, they messed up a lot and didn't want to do it again ! Appt was at 10:30 and two other people had appts at the same time. Not enough staff. I was sat first for the pedicure but the other party was serviced first. When I spoke to the manager and told him they booked too many people at the same time he was completely indifferent and couldn't care less. Well customers have a lot of power. I won't be going there anymore and reviews also let people know about poor service. So remember customers.... Don't get upset. You have the power with your voice and dollars. read more

The service was great until the end after my pedi was done. They were so quick to rush me out of there and my polish wasn't dry yet. I got to my car and lint got caught in my polish. There was no one else waiting so I don't understand why they had to kick me out so quick. Because of this, I will not be returning. read more

I was able to schedule a last minute appt for 4 for some pampering. They were accommodating but overall, service could be improved. There's pink residue all over my hands. Lady accidentally rubbed the clear brush all over my finger which I had asked her to wipe it off. But she basically disregarded my request. Lastly, they seem to charge extra for using the callus remover tool. I've never experienced this before, EVERYWHERE ELSE does this as part of the pedicure. read more

She did a horrible job on my wife's acrylics and kept walking off to do other things unrelated to us. I came in this place as the previous one I went to was overpriced and disappointing. I could walk in and was taken care of ASAP. The nail polish was stubborn and had to be redone few times. One nail got messed up even after drying a long time. And I expressed they have to be very very strong yet an hour later I already lost one nail!! We are now a day later and the rest stayed intact luckily so the technician did a good job for the rest. I paid $28 plus tip for this so it's a decent price. This Salon has undergone a recent remodel designed by my Sister of the Heart Mai Nguyen and it is beautiful!!! Mai and Andy have been taking care of our family for almost ten years. They are always warm and welcoming, while always taking care of all of their customers at all times. Mai has done so many beautiful free-hand designs for me for special occasions, holidays and just for fun that I believe her work to be legendary! many of my friends greet me with "let me see your nails!" even before saying Hello! CUSTOMER SERVICE: 0 stars. to me, their customer service was a complete joke. (then again every asian/oriental nail salon has very poor customer service.. ESPECIALLY if you are what america considers a minority. ps; i got asked to pay first before the man finished my manicure) ATTENTION TO DETAIL: he was careless as far as my paint job on my manicure and toes. he kept having to use a correction brush. none of my nails are the same length lol.. nor color. i asked him to paint me "Lemon Juice" & he used white as a base for my nails but didnt do my toes like that.. and he did my pedicure first and never asked me if a white base coat was something i wanted.. & when i told him "You're giving me white.. I said yellow" all he said was "i know".. COST: was fair.. for someone who likes paying for stuff they're unhappy with. it cost $50 for a gel pedicure with the ROUGHEST/shortest massage IT HURT. (i got tips on my big toes) initially the price was $40 i believe unless the played me. my nails were short gel with the crescent c-shape tips, & those were $45. so my total was $95.. and you better believe i kept the $5 change & tipped myself to NEVER go back lol. read more

I kept the service to just the basic needs since I am going to California next and one of my absolute favorite nail salons is down the street from my hotel. I was in town visiting from Atlanta for my birthday. I didn't have time to visit my regular nail tech before I left home so I decided to save my nails for an added Vegas experience. I didn't want to spend the extra bucks for an on the strip spa. My husband instead found this off the strip local. I have to say it wasn't my first choice, but I'm glad I went with his selection. I called the same day and they were able to take us at the exact time we wanted for a total of 5 pedicures. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, we found out that they just recently changed ownership within the last three months. In that time they renovated the place.
