Worst nail experience EVER!!! Took almost TWO HOURS to get a dip manicure. The tech filed my nails down to nubs to where I was in absolute pain! My fingers are so sore I'm surprised she didn't draw blood. Place is filthy. They re use instrumentation on clients. This place should be reported to the dept of health. My friends and I decided last minute to get our nails done before a weekend getaway. We decided to stop at lovely nails as they take walk-ins, but soon came to regret this. I just wanted to get my nails done and asked for French acrylic tips. My friends decided to get mani/pedis. The man that did my nails rushed through the process. Not only did he rush through it, but it was actually painful. He filed my nails so hard that I have blood blisters under my nails. After all of that, when it was finally over, I realized he never even fully removed the red nail polish I has been wearing before I got there. French tip nails have a ring of red around the outside... it looks terrible! There was no way I was going to go through the process of having him take everything off and redo them as it was so painful the first time, so I accepted the terrible job and left. Meanwhile it took the technicians nearly 3 hours to complete my friends mani/pedis! I will never return here and advise others to do the same. I'm going to be completely honest, the only reason I downloaded the Yelp app was to write this review. That's how bad of an experience I had at this nail salon. And if I could give them zero stars I would. First of all, I got my nails done three days ago and it already looks like they've been growing out for weeks now (as you can see from the picture). I asked for a SQUARE shape and idk what the guy was thinking but my nails are at least three different kinds of shapes. I also got matte on my nails and I just had to go back today to get them fixed because the matte was peeling off. When I went back, the girl treated me as if I was a burden. Then lied to me and said there is "no way I could have gotten them done here because we do not have matte" which is also what a she told me three days ago until the guy that actually did my nails told me otherwise. Then she "fixed" my nail in less than five minutes, and walks away without saying a word to do someone else's nails. She treated me as if I wasn't a customer and like i was ruining her day. Appalling service and ridiculous prices. We were visiting from Chicago and called ahead to make 3 appointments for pedicures. We arrived and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our "appointment". Almost 15 min of that time was sitting in the pedicure chair while the water became cold. Once they finally started the woman cut my toe causing me to bleed and did the same during my manicure. The woman doing my husbands pedicure was so rough with the pumice stone that he has 3 cuts on his ankle. Would never go back.... Horrible! Worst gel manicure I've ever had. Not only did she rush through my manicure as fast as humanly possible she put so much top coat that my nail was stuck to my fingers. I had more top coat around my nails than on my nails and was picking top coat off my fingers for hours. When I asked her to fix it because even my friend was shocked at how bad it was she said it was because my nails were short. Last I checked when you do manicures you should be able to paint short and long nails. This is also the first time I've heard that in the 5 years I've been getting gel manicures. Oh and also in case you decide to actually come here (which I highly recommend you don't) if you get the cat Eye polish it's $40 (which they don't tell you until your finished) and a regular is $30, apparently there is a difference. read more

I used to go to this salon and stopped going because when you call to make an appointment and have to wait 35 min past your appointment time to get your nails started is inconsiderate and disrespectful of your time. The girl who has been filling mine the last few times does not file down to the cuticle on most nails, and when she does, she hits the cuticle and draws blood. So a few days after getting my nails done, I have to file the ridge that she doesn't file. I thought I would give the business one more try after a few yrs, but it's just as bad if not worse. I won't be back. I understand dust happens in nail salons, but everything has a measurable depth of dust. The chandeliers look like they are furry. If you find someone there that does do a good job, they don't last long working for the owner. And then when you call to request them by name, after they leave- the owner tells you that they are on vacation. It's just an all around not nice place. read more

I visited this nail salon before a weekend get away. I had previously went here and it was so so however after my last experience I will not be returning. The salon itself always lacks cleanliness however it is convenient because they accept walk-ins. I had done a pedicure & gel nail polish manicure. The whole process took three hours to do, which is crazy. During this time I had also gotten my nails shaped - which it took me forever to grow our and they completely screwed up the shape of my nails. Each nail is shaped a different way and not uniform at all. They apologized about the shaping mishap and said the girl who shaped them didn't know how to shape almond nails, so the owner tried to fix her mistakes, which I lost major length on my nail because of. During this visit my friend also got a set of acrylic nails which came out horrible. They never fully took off the red nail polish underneath and Arojnd the edges which you could clearly see the ring around the French tip styled nails. We will not be returning here. This place is a nightmare. It will make you feel like you have entered an alternate universe of zombie people who only partially acknowledge your existence. I made an appointment for four of us and we arrived 15 minutes early. We sat there for 20 minutes before they sat three together and the other member of our party separately at the nail stations. 15 minutes later, no one acknowledged our now fragmented group. They were a half our late for our appointments. My niece and I had mani/pedis that took 2 1/2 hours for my niece and mine took an hour, even though we started at the same time. My nail tech did nothing but the basics, no leg foot scrub, no lotion or massage, no hand massage or lotion on my hands at all! Meanwhile, my niece is silently enduring a painful pedicure that left her toes bleeding! Not one nick, but both feet had multiple cuts that were still bleeding when we got in the car. She got Gel mani and pedi that was chipping in an hour. And for all this, I was charged $50 for the basic no frills no lotion treatment and my niece was charged $90 for her 2 1/2 hour blood letting. I come here often. I'm just a plain mani/pedi girl, well mostly pedicure. I like their menu of services. Yesterday I had the dream spa treatment which included 30 minute foot/leg massage. It was very nice. I also have them paint a design of their choice on my big toe, and never been dissatisfied. Again I don't wear nor like fake nails and I like to keep my real ones short. This place is total bullshit. Paid $45 to have my nails dipped. Didn't last more than 2 weeks. Polish cracked everywhere. Went back and owner was nasty. Saying it was my fault. Not only would she not fix the two that were the worst she charged me to take it off. Young guy that worked there was so apologetic saying he doesn't know why she's like that. If he did them he would have fixed it. So obviously I wasn't wrong. I was rly looking for a freebie just a correction or don't charge me to take it off. It's sad Yelp doesn't have a more negative way of rating, but anyways..... DO NOT GO HERE! My mother in-law and I needed our nails done for a wedding we were attending today and decided to check out this salon. We were shouted at as soon we walked in the door, the techs were rough and made multiple nails bleed, they added so much remover to the polish because it came out chunky within the first nail so they needed to "thin it out", put a dirty top coat on our nails, AND the nails bubbled on both of our manicures. After giving it a few minutes to dry we both were displeased with the outcome. When showing the techs the bubbles we were told to pick a different color and they would fix them.....because it was not a good color for us. Like what?! They told us only pink or red would do. From the 1st pearl Essie polish to the 3rd pink OPI we walked out so upset. We went in for a pampering and walked out with sloppy nails for our event. Never again. read more
