Alicia (the lash tech and owner) was awesome! When I arrived she was super warm and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about her craft and thoroughly explained to me my options. And as she started my lashes, she explained what she was doing as she was doing it. She started with a lash bath (a service I was never offered with other lash techs) before applying the lashes. Her lash table (that was heated!) was very comfortable--it was complete with a cushion to keep my legs elevated and a comfy neck cushion as well. This made the experience very pleasant. Alicia was super gentle with applying the lashes start to finish. And the most important part, my lashes looked amazing!!! She heard what I wanted and did exactly that. I will DEFINITELY be back!! I recently shaped/tinted my eyebrows and the process was very smooth. It took about 1hr and 15 minutes but it can vary by person. All worth it though because my brows look booombbb. Now in terms of appointments, in order to make it fair for all her clients & maintain good availability, she only opens up her calendar 2 weeks at a time. Make sure to tune into her instagram @marisabel.beauty to find out when appointments will open up, although its typically every other Friday at 9pm. Note you should also be prepared to pay the full service fee after booking in order to confirm your appointment. I honestly can't say enough good things about her.
