As a business that handles a pre-pay service, this company does back handed charges for their…read moreservice. What i mean is that a quote is given for service once the customer outlines the need. The quote that is emailed out states " this does not include gratuity." The emailed quote does not say that the gratuity will be included automatically. That detail becomes clear AFTER they charge the customer for the entire service. Then, on the return home, we left on time but we arrived home 18min after the agreed upon time. Now this could be because the driver did drive a little slower but I'm not complaining about his driving. My second complaint was how after the company (the next day) added additional $63.20 was charged to my credit card without permission. So in review, an additional $120.00 was charged for gratuity without disclosure, then an additional $63.00 was charged without permission. If communication were made to say that this is their policy, then there is some understanding but the driver never said that this might happen if we are late or no email or phone call was made to authorize the second charge. Very back-handed business dealings. Oh and I contacted the bank to say the second charge was fraudulent.
