Manufactured homes are notorious for having the cream of the crap and oddball products for manufacturing the homes. Chris was the whiz that worked there, he was able to get the correct faucet stems and accompanying parts to make my plumbing job much easier. Unlike the large big box hardware stores that offer no customer service, Chris was able to grind/cut off the older faucet parts to find out what replacements I needed. This alone was value that a big box hardware store could not offer. These guys are great at this store.

I think this store in Fernley is a bit smaller, but they have the same cool stuff, such as housewares, clothing (mainly Western wear), boots, animal feed and veterinary supplies, cookware and hardware. Some items were sold out, probably due to Black Friday sales. Very friendly staff. Smaller store. Can be a bit of a "squeeze" getting around the clothes.

We seen what is one of the new assistant managers, Victoria (who we've dealt with before, and she is extremely rude, dumber than dirt, and unprofessional) walk up to this young red head employee and told him if he comes into work with hickeys on his neck again, she is going to smack his neck where they are. 1st, they were barely noticeable, and im old school and hate hickeys. And 2nd, an assistant manager threatening to assault another employee! The young man looked bothered and highly uncomfortable and didn't say anything. I was about to say something to that little b**ch but I was with my kids and I would've rang her neck! How dare she threaten to assault another employee. And cant say it was a joke because the look on that boys face said otherwise!! The very few wonderful employees this store has and they continue to promote the dirtbags!

While they didn't have exactly what I was looking for I did see they have a great selection of wood, hardware, tools, some farm equipment and necessity use and they even have baby chicks !!!!! I was too distracted and didn't get a chance to take picture of their yard but they have a huge selection. Really good selection and the prices are competitive keeping in mind the other options are 45 minutes away. Definitely worth checking it out for that next project on the list.
