They're great with doing hair and so I had an appointment for 2:30 PM today because I have a wedding for my little sister tomorrow and I wanted to look good the day before something very important. I was worried because I 30 minutes away and traffic is terrible around here. I tried to leave five minutes early, and I still managed to end up being eight minutes late said by my GPS. as soon as I walked in, I was told that cheyenne canceled on me for being "" late which I found surprising that they didn't give me any grace at all for being someone who's consistently shown up for the appointments I've made and spent so much money on getting my hair done. I have cheyenne added on Instagram. I thought we were friendly so I thought I would probably get a minimum of 10 minutes grace. But apparently money comes before Guests. I was replaced instantly within those 10 minutes and now they expect me to show up next week after the wedding. No thanks, you shady people aren't getting my money when you don't even respect your high spending regulars. I'll take my money elsewhere where people will actually respect and appreciate it.

The press was well executed, however I specifically asked twice to not have tight curls....and when I was spun around to look in the mirror - I had tight curls all over my head. So I kindly repeated, I really don't want tight curls and she attempted to adjust, adding more heat. Everyone was pretty nice when I entered, the salon is moderately clean and not very loud. I just wish I got what I asked for and at the advertised price.
