Garbage company. I had my Sprinter towed by Loves and requested an invoice when I spoke to the gentleman the first time. The communication with the person answering the phone was challenging. The tech who did the tow had excellent customer service skills. I followed up and asked him for a receipt which he wrote up and texted me a photo. Apparently, the receipt from the tech isn't sufficient for my insurance company. I called the office to request a receipt. The gentleman informed me that the tech had been fired. It is unprofessional to discuss office politics with customers. I requested an invoice. The gentleman read the notes from my call, the correspondence between myself and the office then the office and the tech. Loves definitely did the tow and I definitely paid them. Then, the gentleman told me that I was scammed and he could not provide an invoice. What? I would like to be reimbursed the $900 from my ins company and he replies I was scammed and he cannot provide an invoice. Call someone else! read more

Love Towing had given me a boot on my car despite my parking permit on multiple occasions. The employee that removed it on both occasions seemed to not have the intelligence required pertaining to his job to answer my simple questions about the boot or parking. Horrible experience due to who they have representing them and lack of checking for permits. read more

NO Love Towing! Look elsewhere for your towing needs! On October 2, 2018 it was raining cats and dogs and the power was out for over two hours from 9pm to 11pm so I couldn't open my garage to park inside. Jacob from Love towing said that "someone" called to complain that same night about a white van and white truck that are always parked in the parking lot without a permit overnight. When he came out to boot those vehicles he said he decided to boot my car as well. I have lived here for over 6 months and never parked in the parking lot overnight without a permit. If Jacob feels like I need to be taught at lesson, so be it. However, I would suggest the following to Love Towing: Show some Love or change your name. Focus your efforts on repeat offenders who are the cause of chronic parking problems. Issue a warning for first time offenders. Treat others how you would want to be treated. Put yourself in the customers shoes. My personal belief is that enforcing a parking permit rule to a first time offender during a big storm when the power is out late into the evening when most people go to sleep feels very underhanded. You have your money. You did your job. Good luck in the towing business. Also, put your business on the Better Business Bureau. That's what reputable companies do. read more

worst towing company ever. they literally towed my car that was parked in front of my garage with even knocking on my door to see if it was mine or needed to be moved, then charged me 326 dollars to get it back. all they care about is money and they have no integrity or professionalism. anybody that calls them to use them is just feeding their dishonesty and corruption. read more
