I explained that I made the appointment in office, this office, and she basically told me I was incorrect- although I have an appointment card confirming this appointment. She did not apologize. She was rude. And I would never come here if given the choice. Not to mention that the area of town this establishment is in, is not the best and the building upkeep is also not good. Awful service. Don't go here.

The facility was about 45 minutes from the FEMA training center in Anniston, Alabama, so being bused back and forth was a bit of a drag. You can expect that on deployments. Anyways, I've sidetracked. The facility here is really cool. It has a large conference center and a beautiful lake with many recreational activities for the whole family. It also has several large housing buildings that are setup like hotels. The rooms are 3 star with some having sleeping quarters for up to 6 people (2 bunk beds and a full size bed) perfect for families with children. The rooms do not have TV'S so they are perfect for wholesome family time. WIFi is also available!

There were so many activities to engage in and many places to explore! Beautiful Fall photo ops everywhere and unique pumpkins available for purchase. The animals were precious, all named, and facts were posted about them! It was a beautiful day with such beautiful land to enjoy. It was tucked away from the city but still close enough to I-20 for easy access. I highly recommend visiting this farm for such an enjoyable family experience!

They treat every camper like family. The amenities the Pit Stop offers is far exceeding anything you would get at any other site.
