This step was easy and got a booking that same week but it was all downhill from here...I was informed that I needed to update my dogs rabies and bordatella vaccines (which didn't expire until October, the booking was for August) before I could bring her in for grooming. I'm new to this area and haven't taken my dog to a vet here yet but I found one and booked a vaccine appointment for October just to get the vaccines as informed by the employee in the phone from best friends hotel. After the vet appointment, I called the groomers back to rebook the groom appointment and I was informed that I had to get the rabies and distemper shot, not bordatella even though the first time I called they SPECIFICALLY said bordatell. So I called my vet right away and thankfully they were able to accommodate me and give me dog the distemper vaccine. I then called the groomers back and booked an appointment. Before my dog went to the grooming appointment, she smelled like dog and was shedding heavily. After the grooming, she STILL smelled like dog and was shedding like crazy. It's like they didn't even wash or groom her at all. They barely clipped her nails but didn't file them nor did they trim her paw pads like I specifically requested. On top of everything, they tried to charge us $100 for the service even after I told them about the Groupon. This place is absolutely awful in terms of customer and dog services. Literally take your dog ANYWHERE ELSE!!

She became this big ball of tangled fur that wasn't possible to keep neat. But, they were able to get her trimmed and looking pretty for the first time in a long time. I completely given up hope about ever getting her hair trimmed. This place is truly special when it comes to the touch they have with animals.

They have online booking! Very convenient. Also you choose a groomer. My first time I wasn't really sure who to choose. I didn't really care as long they're a good genuine person that won't hurt my fur baby. I chose the first name. Then you tell them at the appointment what you want done. This place is small but they manage. It is caged but the cages, at least in the front, that "showcase" doesn't seem that bad. I thought my dog would do terrible but he was just patiently waiting there and didn't get riled up even seeing me. Staff is super friendly. I had Erin do my dog's grooming and she was very welcoming and made me comfortable right away. They check for vaccines. Mainly rabies. You fill out a sheet and it asks about health concerns and I mentioned the trachea. She said they won't have him leashed around the neck. Making sure it's a comfortable experience for you and your dog for sure! Also cute how they gave my Lil man a tie. Super cute! They also have a rewards point system. Love how technology savvy they are.

Couldn't imagine much worse customer service than ignoring the customer. I am no longer rewarding this business with my money and, as a result, my dogs will be groomed at another facility. Good customer service goes a long way, but unfortunately this business forgot why they're in business in the first place. I'm sure another groomer will be more appreciative.
