My step-daughter truly loved visiting "Miss Christina" on Saturdays. She knew she was visiting an office and working with staff who met her exactly where she was on that particular day. Christina and her team worked so hard to ensure speech therapy was fun, exciting, creative and something to look forward to. The team focused on each child's specific interests to incorporate into each session. The Palm Beach Gardens community is so lucky to have Christina's practice and expertise in the area! Our family highly recommends Christina (and the rest of the team) at Special Kids Speech!

After searching several options online, I chose Atlantic Therapy because its website resonated with me. At my first visit, Dr. Krystal Schoch (the owner) conducted an intake interview to assess my situation. I was immediately impressed with her, and the interview itself. After about 40 minutes, Krystal introduced me to Nancy (my primary PT). Nancy conducted a short PT session with me immediately following the intake interview. Nancy was gentle, but firm and it was evident she knew exactly what was needed to alleviate my arm pain. Not only did my pain go away completely because of my PT experience at Atlantic Therapy, but surprisingly I actually enjoyed the experience. For the most part, I was doing exercises overseen and helped by Nancy in a spacious open room with other patients. What I found particularly positive was the friendliness of the staff and camaraderie that developed between the patients, even though we were all there for a variety of health concerns. It was sort of magical to me. (Many years ago I was in PT and it was a rather cold, matter of fact experience.) When you go to Atlantic Therapy, you're immediately welcomed by Madalena at the front desk and always treated like a member of a unique club. Not only did I get a 10-minute massage at the start of each session, but I got personalized care and a doable exercise routine that made me feel 100% better. I highly recommend Atlantic Therapy if you need physical therapy for any reason. Marilyn W

SCAMMERS!!! In my 34…read moreyears of life, I've NEVER been flat out lied to and misled by a business. I'm completely disgusted and baffled. Blatant misrepresentation. I called ahead and asked: SkinPen or Dr. Pen for micro needling? Answer: SkinPen. Asked again 5 minutes before treatment: SkinPen or Dr. Pen? Answer: SkinPen. The girl doing the treatment HERSELF said she was using SkinPen. During and immediately following treatment, I noticed it didn't feel like my previous SkinPen experience--no pain, barely any redness. That's when I asked to verify the device. She handed me the needle attachment, not the pen. When I insisted on seeing the actual device, she laid it face-down so you couldn't see the name. I turned it over to see that it was labeled Dr. Pen. When I confronted them, they offered to reduce the price to $50. I refused--I didn't ask for Dr. Pen and they lied about it twice. I told them either I walk out owing nothing or I'd make sure everyone knew they deliberately misrepresent their services. They apologized for the "misunderstanding" and said I owed nothing. This wasn't confusion or a "misunderstanding". It was a deliberate lie. I ultimately didn't have to pay for the service and was going to let this go. But CUSTOMERS NEED TO KNOW HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS!!! They're liars!

I absolutely recommend hiring a postpartum doula through the Orchid's nest!…read more Sandra and Jessica are amazing, very professional, and great communicators. They always check up on you and are so friendly and compassionate. Sandra has been our doula, and she is simply amazing, so helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. We have had absolutely no hesitation to leave our newborn in her care both overnight and during the day since our baby's birth. We got the Elite package, which comes with 104 hours of in person doulas coming to your home (5+ hours during day or 8+ hours night - whatever you need) and 3 postpartum massages with some beauty items. But they have all kinds of packages to choose from, or you can do an hourly rate as well if you want to try it out. This was a lifesavior with us being first-time parents who were clueless about newborns, and it helped us keep our sanity, especially at night time!! We also got loads of in person practice and advice in our home. If you need support, whether before or after birth, I highly recommend the Orchid's nest!

No matter how you do birth.... Don't do it without them!…read more I'm luckily enough to have known about the Orchid Nest before getting pregnant so once I was it was so easy to contact them and scheduling was so easy through Karen! She got me put into the classes my partner and I wished to take as well as got me scheduled for an amazing (and very needed) pre natal massage. Lorie taught our hypnobirthing class and though I knew what I was getting into, she was an incredible informative teacher and so patient with ALL of my husbands questions (and let me tell you... he had a lot). As with all of their classes, you leave with an intentional plan as well as the knowledge of alternatives and ALL options which I found really helpful. I did choose to have a doula present for my birth and to be honest, we don't plan on doing it again without her! There are a lot of choices to make before, during and after birth and we can't thank the Orchid Nest enough for their support throughout the journey that changed our lives!
