The order was wrong, I spoke to the office 3 times from facility and still was wrong, in the end the order was right but the hospital said they called it to wrong facility. I went home. I asked to drop off a specimen that would help in figuring out which bug I had and they told me it wasn't necessary. I called another doctor and they told me to bring specimen in which led to them finding a staph infection in my lungs. I then received the proper treatment. I severed relationship with Dr Reznick not more than a month into contract and asked for refund after paying him 2,000 dollars. They said no. Hard to understand after the poor treatment I received but then again maybe that's the way the handle their PR. Buyer beware
