I do have a problem stilling in his waiting room for 30 minutes and then 30 minutes more in the back room waiting for him. His office staff is ok, but no-one in the office is very friendly. Because i cannot sit for 45-60 minutes at one time i am being forced to find another ENT. My wife does not mind the long wait, she is happy with everything to do with him and his office. I'm glad because i think he is a good doctor.. I wish I could stay with him, But I think he a little abrupt when working on me. I think everything he has done with and for me has been correct. I would rate him higher if he could be on schedule and and his staff would try and be a little more cheerful.

I worked with her many years back for about 1 1/2 years during a crisis situation. Erica was very easy to talk to and advocated for my wellness when I was in treatment. I worked with her outpatient in Erica's private practice for 1 year and she brought me to the next level of healing where I became fully independent again. She taught to me coping strategies that became tools to cope more effectively so I could gain mastery over my symptoms and start to feel better and more in control. Erica's teachings were invaluable!
