We had family vacation photos taken at a Florida beach in July. Our photographer, Tina, was a…read morelovely person and very polite and easygoing, if not professional. She suggested the venue and it was beautiful, but I hired a photographer because I don't always know what looks right and I wanted someone to take care of that. The session was short and she rarely suggested poses, placement of individuals, or specific locations on the beach, and left all of that to us, always asking what we wanted to do and what picture we wanted. The pictures are clear and look good, but there are a few things that are off. She only sometimes gave us notice to smile. She did not ensure that everyone was looking at the camera. She rarely suggested rearranging people. In one shot, the sand in front of us was full of footprints and beach fodder, and in others, there are spaces in the pictures that look odd, and parts of people's faces are blocked. Just a few minor things that take away from the beauty and balance of the photos. I have no idea how many pictures were taken, but she failed to include one that I specifically requested. While I like some of the results, I was far from impressed with many. Finally, we were told that we would receive the pictures, along with a separate code to download them, in a few days. I did say to take her time, as I would not be viewing them until I returned home, but I had to request them when we did, and then the code to download them. What we initially received included a link to order prints, etc. from the photographer but no code to download. I would recommend the photographer for candid shots at weddings and events, but be prepared to check the pictures for the things mentioned before the end of the session.

They offer full packages that include exterior drone as well as interior and exterior photography. All of the photos were great. Unfortunately due to the weather and the nature of my listings I actually needed a reshoot. They were more than happy to accommodate at a reasonable rate. Then I realized they did portrait and brand photography as well! They offer both outdoor and indoor options and their studio setup is amazing! Located in creative village (so apropos), RTW has a guarded camera door so while in session you don't have to worry about the next customer walking into your session. I was thrilled that I was able to knock out both my families holiday photos and beginning of the year social photography all in one day. With my business still in its infant stages I don't have much time to put into Digital marketing especially during the holidays. E ended up wrapping up under an hour and a half.
