The other day was scheduled for my semi annual system inspection. Your men went right to work getting system up and running from the winter shut down. They did find 2 sprinkler head that needed replacement and did so quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with work. After seeing very bad reviews on this company I decided to give them a try because I'm a reasonable person, and I believe that everyone has a bad day. I called this company on yesterday to have my irrigation system completely re-done at my strip center. This is a BIG job, and I wanted a good company that was efficient and competent. I spoke with a young lady who took all my information and asked a lot of questions. I moved on to handle another property, I run a nice size real estate entity with over a dozen property. After moving on to handle another fire, and thinking this was handled...I thought I was waiting on someone to visit the property and send me a quote at this point. I just received a very disappointing phone call from that same young lady saying that they don't come to this particular city within the metro, and that it's too far from them. It's exactly 18 miles from their office though. Seems like an excuse, and I should have been told this when I first spoke with her. She shouldn't even have gotten my information after I told her the location of the strip center. It is very disappointing that this interaction was exactly like the bad review that I read. Meanwhile the young lady told me that she would charge me $150 to come out and look at the system. These types of unprofessional irrigation companies are no different from the gas stations charging you a fee to use a credit card. Use this company and you'll be disappointed too, one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had with any company in Madison County. Called them because of a leak after my water bill went from $69 to $252. Water was standing around the yard. They could not find the leak and said call a plumber. We turned off the water to the sprinkler system and the water dried up. Got a bill for $550 and I still have a leak. I was told I had to pay that before someone would come out. I would not recommend them. Terrible customer service. read more

Tried to get a quote which costs $125... Why would I pay for an estimate when I have never even talked to them about my yard. If a company tries to force you to use their services it's just a red flag. I have a high end estate and not complaining about the cost, my concern is that they center the process around $ instead of selling me on how great their quality and service would be. Difficult to get them to show up when they say they will. When they finally did show up, they dug several random holes in my yard unsuccessfully searching for a leak in my irrigation system. They left advising a bill would arrive in the mail. It did, a month and half later with a past due warning and a bill for $453.62!!! I still have the leak and now several holes in my lawn. read more

Don't use this company! I asked them to come out, take a look, and let me know what it would take to repair a system that they had installed on a house I recently purchased. I never heard anything else from them, and assumed that they just failed to send someone out. However, a couple of weeks later I get an invoice for services. Come to find out, they sent a crew while I was away at work and repaired one of many leaks and left. I never received a call telling me what they found or asking if I wanted to move forward with repairs. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, she seemed to care less and just wanted to know when she would be paid. I can think of a lot of four letter words that would be more appropriate than the word "Love" to use in their companies name, but then they probably wouldn't be as successful in tricking people in to thinking they are a reputable company. We called Love to come out and check our system. We just moved here in October so the meter was padlocked. We asked the person at Love should we call the city before making the appointment.The person (lady) stated that it would not be necessary; the technician would know what to do. A few days later the technician came, looked at the water box and stated that he could not check the system because the was a lock on the water meter. I told the tech that the person at the company stated that he would know what to do. The tech said there is nothing he could do if the water was not turned on. They left. A few days later, we received an invoice for $106.00 for his visit. We called the company and explained what had happened, that we were told by one of their people that the tech would know what to do. The rep stated that they sent two men out for the service call and that was the fee whether they did service or not. We asked for a reduced fee but they refused. They also stated that if we didn't pay the fee, they would see us in court. read more
