The name "DIRT CHEAP" had me interested This place is easy to locate and has plenty of parking available for patrons. Walking in it looks like a warehouses. Up front you will find bigger items like appliances ( most are damaged) modern bath tubs, and seasonal items( think Christmas trees for the current season). Other items throughout the store vary from siding, flooring, doors to light fixtures. The store basically carries an array of home improvement items. Howe Er, I will say hat most of it appears to have some sort of damage and/ or missing parts I do believe that if you are in the area, and currently engaged in any DIY home improvement projects it would not hurt you to stop in.

My builder sent me here. Never mentioned that an appointment was required (these people and their…read moreschedules are waay more important than a doctor or lawyer -in their own mind). There was literally NO ONE (customer-wise or salesperson-wise) on the salesfloor. After I walked around a few minutes, a secretary, greeter, or whatever finally looked up from her phone and noticed me. I thought it was odd that none of the salespeople noticed me, but they were all too busy behind their computer. I told her that my builder told me to see Kathryn (I think that was her name, but her card was filed in file 13 pretty quick, so not sure). She had me wait, while she conferred with Kathryn (100 yards away). She then told me to follow her to Kathryn's office (again, such an important person). When i got there, Kathryn said "do you have an appointment?". I told her no, that i was not aware an appointment was necessary. She responded with "I'm sorry your builder didn't tell you that. I have an appointment coming in at 4 (it was 1:45) and my appointments last 2 hours (Math was obviously not her specialty).What about tomorrow?" I told her I live 80 miles away. She still didn't want to help me. Again, she had 2 hours and 15 minutes before likely her ONLY appointment was to arrive. I set an appointment for the next week (she was available all day, every day, any time-just not today). I left and told my builder that I had never been treated like that by anyone, anywhere and that I wouldn't give my cash (yes, I was paying cash) to anyone that was so rude and self-important. I drove about 3 miles down Lakeland and found beautiful tile, flooring, backsplash, ect. The owner was more than happy to see me without an appointment and he was the only person in the building (he even gave a discount for paying in cash!) So long story longer- not sure if this place is a front for something else(maybe a Learing Center), but do yourself a favor and go someplace where they actually want customers.
