She also took great care of our cat to ensure she was comfy during the cleaning!

They clearly hire people who care about doing quality work, and it shows. Also, if I've ever needed a schedule change, or anything like that, I've been able to get a response easily. Finding a great cleaning company is not always the easiest thing to do (like finding a babysitter or something) because you really have to trust the people, and on top of that they need to do a good job. I'm happy I was referred to them, and as long as I live in this area I'll be a customer!

I hate it when nice people do a lousy job…read more While the house is certainly cleaner than when they came, this was by no means a "deep" clean that I paid for. As advertised on their website, and not performed: they didn't empty the trash bins they did a spotty job on the baseboards (even after I specifically mentioned this in the estimate visit) they didn't clean all the windows, if any the ceiling fans weren't dusted And the cleaning that they did do wasn't thorough- I found pieces of dust under furniture and on counters, and they didn't wipe down all the furniture. On top of it, they broke our kitchen trash bin spring top, and didn't say anything about it. They were also late, which wouldn't have been a big deal except they kept changing just *how* late they were going to be via text. Will not be repeating, and do not recommend.

We used their cleaning and carpet cleaning services. The place looks brand new! To add onto this, they were all SOOOO sooo sweet and nice and even accept credit card payments online (easy)! This is one of those very rare cases where you get much more than what you pay for. I imagine as they get more popular though, they will raise rates so I wouldn't hesitate. I can personally assure you that you will NOT be sorry.

When I did a first walk through, things looked good, but after taking a closer look, I was disappointed. The grout was still dirty in the shower, the fridge and oven had not been cleaned, nor was the kitchen hood. I found cobwebs still all over the house and the high window sills still had dust. Only the windows on the front entry seem to have been cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication on what we wanted to be cleaned, but definitely a bit bummed out with the level of clean for the cost of service.
