From the very start, Bing met with us every single week to make sure we were on track. He is SUPER communicative and was constantly checking in, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure there was nothing we needed to worry about. He somehow made every concern we had disappear. As we got closer to the wedding, he was even texting us reminders to eat, relax, and take care of ourselves. He genuinely cared about us beyond just making sure the event ran smoothly.
We also had a somewhat unique wedding because our ceremony and reception were on separate days at different venues, and Bing handled both flawlessly. He coordinated with our other vendors and restaurant staff, managed appointments and timelines, picked up and transported our flowers between venues, and dealt with issues that came up behind the scenes without ever making them our problem.
The setup was one of the things that impressed us most. My wife had a very specific vision for how she wanted everything to look, and Bing brought it to life perfectly. We were able to show up to both events and just be amazed at how everything looked because he had already taken care of every little detail. We never had to spend our wedding days worrying about where something needed to go or whether something had been forgotten.
He was also incredible with our families. Everyone absolutely loved him. Bing is so down to earth, kind, funny, and genuinely fun to be around, which matters so much when someone is going to be beside you and your family during some of the most important moments of your life.
What makes Bing especially great is the combination of his experience and flexibility. He has done this long enough to have great suggestions and opinions whenever you need guidance, but he never makes the wedding about what he thinks it should be. He listens to what you want and adapts to make it happen.
And this man WORKS. We honestly almost felt bad watching how hard he was working on both days . He was seemingly everywhere at once, constantly making sure we, our families, our guests, the vendors, and the venues were taken care of. There were so many things happening behind the scenes that we simply never had to think about because Bing was already handling them.
By the end of everything, he genuinely felt less like someone we hired and more like a friend who was personally invested in making these days special for us.
If you are considering hiring Bing, do it. Our ceremony and reception would not have been what they were without him, and we genuinely cannot imagine having gone through this entire process with anyone else. We will forever be grateful to Bing for helping give us the wedding we dreamed of. We cannot recommend him enough.
