First off, let me say that I do not have any experience with this location in regards to signing up…read morefor a membership as I signed up at another location. I frequent this Edmond location because I work in Edmond and they have more to offer than the location closer to my house. The girls are always friendly and always patient with me when I have questions. They do push products, but they do it at all the locations. I wouldn't say these girls are pushy as they are just doing the job they were hired to do. In my experience, if I tell them no, they don't push beyond that. I have purchased some of their products and will say I have enjoyed the quality of the products and can tell a difference when I use them and when I don't. I usually wait until they have their special event discount pricing to purchase my products. I don't remember what discount I received on products when I signed up, but it was a good discount. I really enjoy this Edmond location and feel that it's worth the money for the membership IF you really get good use out of it as there is far more than tanning offered.

Today was my first time trying Glo Tanning. I went in for a spray tan. After completing paperwork…read moreand a "required" walk thru tour I was able to get a tan. After completion the representative informed me that I was given the incorrect tanning option. That my Tanning session was given to another client by the same name. My frustration is that I did not want a walk thru. I stated that I did not have time for a sales walk thru. Yet I was told it was required, I was not heard. In addition I was held up again before being taken back by the "tote options" of skin care products. This is all unfortunate because these services have value. But without the right customer service skills, I have no interest. The rep was calling corporate when I left so that I could get a respray. And I would also have additional fees. This quick spray tan took a good 45 mins.

Have to call corporate. They don't call back. I never got my money back. And I have not been back since. They hire the best of the best! The girls are awesome. Quick and steady. They win the race. They are not at fault the other things that go bad here. Corporate needs to step up. Fix their machines and expand if need be.

This place is the biggest scam. I received a few spray tans from this location and they never…read moreturned out the best however there was one specific time the tanning consultant instructed me to put their barrier cream on my knees and on my hands. My spray tan came out awful and my knees were completely discolored. The second time I did a rapid tan where they told me I could shower in 1-4 hours. I showered almost three hours later and the entire thing came off (I did not scrub and rinsed with luke warm water). I contacted customer support and they told me they would contact the store to see if they could issue me a refund as I did not want to receive a free spray to somewhere that repeatedly let me down. I requested a refund as my spray tan the first time could have been avoided had the tanning consultant not instructed me to do something that would mess up my results. They took a week to get back to me and essentially said too bad and that I can continue spraying for the rest of the month, that they'd cancel my membership but would not issue my refund. This place clearly only cares about taking peoples money rather than the happiness and results of their guests. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone who values customer service!!
