He was very knowledgeable (it blew my mind all of the info there is to know about blinds... lol). He was also very intuitive; I can tell he has been in many different homes with various décor. Everything he suggested fit our interiors so* well, I didn't even need to spend anytime on Pinterest. They were pretty good about working with my budget, although a LOT of work goes into installing blinds and shades. I felt like I knew what I was paying for and that's always a secure feeling. Never felt taken advantage of. This business is also family-owned, which is a big plus for us. Jordan worked with us through the free consultation, decision-making process, oversaw the installation crew, and then follow ups. Always nice, professional and sometimes funny. Installation was pretty quick, and our house looked exactly the same other than the update (clean--like no one had been there). I can't recommend them higher. There's absolutely no reason to shop elsewhere. I'm sure these blinds will last a few decades, but if we decide on window tint or drapes, we will definitely be repeat customers!

The best part? They are a locally & veteran-owned business right here in town. Matt (the owner) is one of the most courteous, honest people you'll meet, and his team is just as awesome. Of the 3 that actually showed up I decided to go with Affordable Glass. The salesman/owner Zach was the most professional of all the companies and he took the time to go over options with me and explain how they install. Even sketched it all out on a diagram to provide me with a visual aid. I decided to go with Affordable Glass for my project and I am very glad I did. They had very competitive price and communicated clearly with me throughout the whole process. They installed the glass on the date and time I requested as well and went over care And maintenance with me. When installing there was one bracket missing from the kit and the installer David promised he would be back on Monday to complete. Which he did they called me early Monday to again schedule a time to come back out and install the last remaining bracket. I will refer this company to anybody that I know is looking at doing a project like this. I think some of these other reviews that were negative on here were likely from customers that had sticks up their butts and embellished on how the process went. Good price Good communication Great staff.

I want to preface this review by saying I really like these guys. They are friendly and honest. My…read morereview of 2-stars is due to the lack of professionalism and accountability. I had a significant job and was told the glass for my doors would be in within 5-7 business days. Almost 6 weeks later the job was finally completed. Long story short-they made significant errors in measurement and cuts. Additionally I had installers leave tools and caulking guns on my carpet when they easily could have put them on the tile. No effort was made to ensure they didn't dirty the carpet, i.e....no drop cloths, etc. in fact, I had an installer show up in flip flops. Not professional or safe at all!!! These guys are working with heavy glass-flip flops are not only gross, but dangerous. Imagine a cut foot bleeding in your home! I want to like these guys, but unfortunately a lack of professionalism makes this outfit look like a Mickey Mouse business. Just being honest. I am in the construction business and was hoping these guys may do future work for me....won't be happening.

We went with the 80 % tinted screen and immediately noticed a difference in the temperature of the house and our lower electric bills. But here is the impressive part after 25 years I decided to remove all the screens clean and wash them and the windows. The white metal frames of the screens were still in great shape (better than the metal on the windows) and cleaned up well and the screen material is still very pliable. Another plus is while my neighbors have had to replace their windows due to the seals breaking down from the heat we have had very little issues with our window glass.
