All stylists were solemn and not too friendly. You have to check in by a tablet. There are only 4 chairs in the waiting area. They could use a few more, if only for children who wait for their mom, it got pretty full quick. My review on the process of threading is that it is painful and only worse than waxing bc it's not one quick rip per brow, it is a slightly longer process so more pain but on a different/lesser level. I liked how precise it was and All my stray hairs were actually removed, even those lower on the more sensitive skin almost to the eyelid. My skin still got red but it did not get puffy red like waxing. I overall had a good experience but I felt like there could have been much better customer service in personality. I will go back and give them another shot.

I received a phone call back from the owner Diva and an Instagram message reply within 10 minutes. I shared a bit of an update on what I was looking for as far as services. Diva patiently took the time to explain what services she provided, and offered to schedule me in for a visit. I To was seen the next day (9/5-holiday). Although, their schedule was extremely busy and there was no availability to book online. She accommodated my schedule and got me in. My experience from the moment I walked in was exceptional. As a customer I look for high-quality but also customer oriented professionals. Exactly what I received during my visit, during my checkout, I expressed how great the services were and how pleased I was. I asked to schedule five more visits, with an interested to continue receiving services. This is a one stop shop. Electrolysis is by no means a one time treatment that will solve everything. You need to be consistent when trying to kill a hair follicle, especially when you have dark thick hairs that you're treating. She makes you feel so comfortable and really cares about her clients. It was because of her that I went to see an endocrinologist to diagnose me with the PCOS. My medical condition is the reason the hair hasn't been permanently removed. However, before Nazha I would have to shave areas every day! Now the area is clean for a full seven days and I don't have to worry as much or feel embarrassed that I constantly need to shave. When I start the medication for PCOS hopefully my electrolysis time will be shortened and the hair will decrease. Other areas I have treated have permanently destroyed the hair. This woman has helped me with so much and has gone above and beyond with her quality of care. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a solution for annoying hair growth! She is one of a kind!!
