I immediately asked for the order to be corrected and specifically reminded the server not to forget the fries, which were also part of our order. At this point, it was already around **6:00 PM** The server took the food back and later returned with what I trusted was the corrected order. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened it, I was shocked to discover that, she had simply given me back the exact same incorrect order, and the fries were still missing. I called the restaurant and spoke with server and on behalf of Travis, the manager. His only solution was that I would have to drive all the way back to the restaurant again. With the food, (now cold AF) After already waiting more than an 1 hour for an order that was incorrect twice and still had missing items, I expected much better customer service and accountability from a manager & this place. We ended up meeting some wonderful people from Italy, Poland, and Turkey. It was especially nice connecting with the gentleman from Turkey, as I had traveled there last year, and we had a great conversation about that experience. The same went for the gentleman from Italy.
