When I asked to speak to her supervisor she left me on hold for over 7 minutes before someone came on the phone, to give me another number. She deliberately found ways to waste time to miss wire transfer times at 2pm. More than twice. I have worked in mortgage lending and real estate for over 7yrs. She is the worst escrow officer and person. She delayed our heloc payoff costing hundreds in interest. She mailed our final check after delaying closure extending over Thanksgiving costing several days of interest. She was suppose to wire funds to the existing trust account. She had 3 previous release of funds that she wired. We moved out of state. It took 4 days to get final check. Then we had to open up a new trust account at a new bank. Because the check was a large amount, it was slapped with a 9 day hold. She with have Karma breathing down her neck for a long time. DO NOT USE HER!! Seller had many issues with her as well.
