Beautiful shop. Located in the main shopping area, very convenient, close to tons other shops and restaurants. Selections are ok, many items were out of stock due to high traffic and high demand. Standard pricing. This is a very busy shop, we went twice during our stay in Vienna and both had to wait outside for a bit. The 1 star deduction is for service. The overall service was ok, with the subtle discriminatory attitude. And delayed beverage service. There are definitely room for improvement. read more

All staff at every Louis Vuitton must be trained at the same condescending, snooty school of customer service. This location was no exception..... After entering the shop, we were informed that no one could assist us because they were all too busy. Well, okay. We just wanted to browse anyway so no big deal I guess I was looking for a specific bag I'd seen online but their online-inventory checker told me my bag was not here but we still wanted to check their selection. And while there was indeed no one available to assist us, there WAS someone available to follow us around the shop like we were possible shoplifters but you know what? I'm a tourist, bundled in all my puffy & fleecy attire to accommodate the bitter cold and there were many others just like us in this shop too So finally after getting all this "secret" attention, the Mr & I turned around so I could inquire about a crossbody chain replacement I was seeking to transform a shorter chain to something more functional. Answer I received? Noooooooo, we don't have anything like that. Funny, I saw it online so I'll just look elsewhere. We won't be back & save our Euros for YSL! read more

I have really bad shopping experience in Louis Vuitton Vienne. I ask my Sales (he is young guy)show me the bag I want. But he keep saying the bag it's reserved. And I saw other sales showing the bag to other people. They are racist and push me buy a shirt I don't want. I have shop Louis Vuitton shore in U.S, Canada. It's worst Louis Vuitton store experiences ever! I never see this kind of customer service in the world. As a luxury product and brand, have the service like the cheap store even worse than them. If I could give half a star I would. Awful. I am a Louis shopper and have entered countless ones and this is the worse one. Waited over 40 min in a line before my own "personal" assistant came to grab me. Greeted me but asked me what I wanted. I am here to shop, look what I can't find at my near by store, see the different stylists and touch with my eyes. I somewhat pinned a "category" for her but she was annoyed that I didn't know what exactly I wanted. She grabbed an item I listed by name and o asked for another color, blah, she didn't like that she had to work. I asked for another item and she just seemed annoyed and rushed to get me out of the store. For her attitude I made a point to just walk out. Garbage. I'd never return and if you ask me, for all the customers that walk in there and the location they could at least get their attitude together. read more
