Instead, I was simply told to come back and ask for him next time. I'm not comfortable returning after this experience, especially given that something was damaged and not properly addressed. Accidents can happen, but how a business handles them matters--and in this case, I feel it was handled poorly. I'm unhappy with both the service and the lack of resolution, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
