During the cleaning, a staff member cracked one of the side AC vents inside my car. When I brought this to the manager David's attention, he apologized, but no effort was made to offer a discount or any form of compensation for the damage. Instead, I was simply told to come back and ask for him next time. I'm not comfortable returning after this experience, especially given that something was damaged and not properly addressed. Accidents can happen, but how a business handles them matters--and in this case, I feel it was handled poorly. I'm unhappy with both the service and the lack of resolution, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
