When I went to pay, he told me the price would be $175 more than quoted, at $450. Given that I knew the shape my car was in, I had no issue with this. It was evening when he was done, so I couldn't fully see how poor the job was. The next day, I texted him the issues and he said he would come out and fix it. He did come out, but even that was done poorly. We went back and forth on text and he made a bunch of excuses and didn't really have any accountability for the poor job. It was more "I'm so busy and I'm sorry it's bad but I'll have to fix it at a time that's convenient for me." He argued with me about the job and when I went to send him a videos of how poorly it was done, I found out he blocked me instead of making it right. Given that every other review says he quotes one price and then charges other, it seems to be a common scam for him. I don't mind paying for quality, but if you're gonna acknowledge in the attached texts that he did a poor job and then not fix it, you don't stand by your work.

You select your service, the time you want, and then specifics of your car. You get an email confirmation, and multiple reminders of your appointment. 2 men (Drew and his assistant) arrived on time, and had given ample notice that they were on their way. They asked what specific areas we wanted to concentrate on and then spent a couple hours cleaning both the inside and outside of our cars including our mats and seat covers. The cleaning was thorough. Since it was really hot outside - they had problems with cleaning the window of my Mercedes. He needed to buff it and apply some type of polish but the car needed to be cooler. Surprisingly he offered to come back for free a few days later when my car was cool. Just a young kid that stopped what he was doing to help me. I asked to see the film that would be applied, and he showed my a box of clear tint, but could not tell me anything about it. So we called Naus (sp), and I asked him about the authenticity of the XPEL film. He could not answer my questions either. When he showed up to the shop 25 minutes later, he had no idea how to show me he was putting on the film I asked for. Then, he goes on to tell me he doesn't carry the XPEL XR Plus 70 film, but he had "88." I was unhappy with being totally misled or scammed into coming there and wasting a lot of time. I have checked, and XPEL does not make a 88 film, so he lied to me. On XPEL's website when you search for an authorized installer, this company is not on that list. I strongly suggest consumer steer far away from this place.
