It is no longer in my possession but, I observed some changes. Specifically the roof rails changed color and texture over the months I was bringing it in. Now I wash in my driveway. I am not sure I would recommend the use of this or any other automatic car wash for a 'Higher end' car. If there is a true Brush-less wash, that would be fine.

There is no other place I know of that gives a full detail for $20 car, $25 suv and truck, or $35 suv and truck XL. Seating inside is without AC and loud. There is a Jimmy Johns next door that I go to if it's too hot or buggy. Ideally you can come at an off time to avoid the rush. They consistently have 5-10 employees working. They are thorough so it's not quick but their quality work means it will likely take 45 minutes to an hour. They take credit cards but since the prices are already rock bottom I always pay and cash and leave a big tip. The adage, "you get what you pay for" does not apply here. First time I've been back since this locale opened back up under different management…read more The exterior seemed rather spartan, and the guys I turned my baby over to, well, lets just say I was hesitant, but I knew better than to pass judgement based on appearances. The guy taking my "order", dropped the price on a detailing/wax after I declined. I found that to be a bit sketchy, but for no valid reason. I mean, I was already handing over my baby to them, so in reality, it made no difference. The prices were higher than it was under Classic Car Wash, but still fairly reasonable. You pay with the guy taking your order. If I thought the exterior was spartan, once I saw the interior, I wondered if they were even open for business! There was a TV and a few chairs, but only half the lights on, and only the occasional passing staff member. Very empty compared to the previous establishment. We decided to wait outside, where benches with wood rot and peeling paint awaited us, along with a good amount of litter. As far as the vehicle went, it was cleaned quite well, inside and out. Tires shined and everything. If you're looking for what I'd consider to be a bare-bones car wash, not bad. Don't expect a luxury experience. You'll still get a clean car.

During the cleaning, a staff member cracked one of the side AC vents inside my car. When I brought this to the manager David's attention, he apologized, but no effort was made to offer a discount or any form of compensation for the damage. Instead, I was simply told to come back and ask for him next time. I'm not comfortable returning after this experience, especially given that something was damaged and not properly addressed. Accidents can happen, but how a business handles them matters--and in this case, I feel it was handled poorly. I'm unhappy with both the service and the lack of resolution, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
