Unprofessional attitude toward potential clients could use massive adjustments.
There are better ways to say "Sorry, I can't take on smaller jobs right now due to a busy schedule" than saying--and I quote--"I hate to sound rude but we don't necessarily have the time rn to come take the opportunity in assisting you. To me it looks like the door was never painted or stained and that aloud condensation from the glass and door to swear and in the hot days sun through the glass could've cooked the moisture possibly I person would recommend united contracting Mathew woody. He might be able to assist better in the smaller projects like this!!"

And then I asked how to find/reach the person recommended, because I only found a high schooler from Buckhannon, and random people from wherever else with the same name. The message was read, but never replied to.
I get it. Long day. Maybe you're stressed and overwhelmed. But try to extend a little more kindness. I am simply trying to find a solution to a bad problem. And I had plenty more construction work in the pipeline than the little thing I found most pressing, namely two decks, a walkway, and a driveway. But I guess you don't need anymore business. read more
