Chose railings, decking, etc. and compared pricing from different suppliers before making purchases. Arranged pick up and delivery. Got the teardown and construction done on time and within budget. Built nice gate out of spare wood. Kept me informed as the work went on. Removed debris and left the site looking at least as good as it did prior to the start. He did lol , he sent one more text and this is it. Good morning sir I can come out tomorrow evening . I replied, Good morning, that works for me. On Thursday the evening we were to meet, I texted Mr Frazier at 10:44 am that morning and asked him this. We still on for this evening ? He received the text and he read it and that was the last time I heard from Mr Frazier ! That is the second contractor that could not keep their word, just unbelievable how can you stay in business treating people that way because this is the result Mr Frazier a bad review! Even if Mr Frazier wasn't interested, it's common courtesy to call a potential customer and let them know instead of keeping them hanging.
