Dr. Cook is the most comforting medical professional I have ever worked with. The "bed-side…read moremanner" here was completely disarming, and they were very thorough about explaining the procedures and what to expect when I have needed checkups, cleanings, fillings and oral surgery referrals. If you loathe the dentist, go to Dr. Cook. She takes a lot of time to walk you step-by-step through what is happening and what it will feel like. You'll always know what is coming. The only drawback is that she is not in any of the major dental insurance networks, which means you'll have to pay up front and wait for a reimbursement check. That's peanuts to me because Dr. Cook and her staff do exceptional work. I can't say enough about this superb small town dentist.

I couldn't believe when they said yes we will see you and do everything we can to make you comfortable. PEOPLE.. I am not even their patient! When I arrived I was frazzled and not familiar with the area and they were so relaxed and comforting and kind. They got me in right away the dentist was so nice and inspected the issue and got it fixed. I went to pull out my wallet and they said, no that's ok everything is good. I about fell out of my chair.
