I would recommend anyone selecing this group as their family dentist!

So in this case I don't have insurance so they called me to say they have to cancel my appointment due to lack of insurance. Can't believe it. I was & still in extreme pain because all they did was say take motrin and prescribed me penicillin which didn't work. I had to go to the ER where they thought I had sepsis from my infected tooth. I coulnt sleep or work. The Dr's gave me what I needed & told me to go somewhere else. He didn't understand why they didn't do they're job & neither did I. The lady at the front desk is VERY VERY rude also. Don't waste your time & money on this place.

Don't these places usually have more than one service provider? Then, after that person finally got seen, it seemed to take forever for ME to get seen. Meanwhile, five more people walked in after me. Hope it didn't take forever for the five more people. But, once I got seen, the Physicians Assistant who saw me was quick AND thorough. I had an ear problem. Got it diagnosed quickly. The Physicians Assistant was very friendly and nice. She also was able to "shoot" a prescription to Wal-Mart and I was able to get it. One thing I was surprised at, they didn't require you to fill out a 10 page thingie on health history. Ok, whatever. They were also ok with me not providing my SS number for my claims, it's not required. The seemingly long wait time irked me when there was only ONE other person at the time I went in, but I would go here again if needed.

First they charge a 4% service fee which can cause a huge headache when turning it into insurance. Second, when my glasses did arrive I tried the pair of Oakley glasses I ordered on only to have the frames break in 3 different pieces. Not a big deal things happen. They said they would order them again and have the order expedited. Following week comes along and no one had called me so I called the store to see how long it would take for them to come in (frustrated of course). They proceeded to tell me that the glasses were back ordered and that they have no idea when they will come in. They didn't bother to call me and tell me they were back ordered. so when I asked why they didn't call me the representative gave me attitude. At this point I asked for a manager to call back to get a refund.
