If I could give it 6 stars I would! I have been scared to death of dental work for YEARS. But I…read moreknew I eventually needed to go and get some long overdue work done. I researched and really liked the "feel" of Atlanta Dental Spa. Their "No Judgement" attitude is what I liked the most. I walked in the front door (BIG step) and Tiara took such great care of me. She is so sweet!! After x-rays and scans, I met with Dr. Gandhi who was very understanding of my fear. He was gentle and explained everything that needed to be done and what those options were. It was scary looking at all that was needed, but they offer sedation dentistry and that's what I did. After a good couple of hours of being "consciously knocked out", Dr. Gandhi, Whitney and Britney got the work done! I left being able to smile showing my teeth for the first time in years! But more so, correcting the things that could affect the rest of my health. After I got home I did NOT have ANY pain which is saying a lot as I had a ton of work done. They said that days 3-4 might be the worst for pain, but there was NONE. And that's taking nothing but ibuprofen. The advancement of dentistry is amazing. More than that, finding a dental office that treats you like family, sees you at your scheduled time, offers you neck warmers, blankets, headphones with your choice of music...but most of all truly cares about your patient experience. I'll keep my mouth healthy at Atlanta Dental Spa-Highlands and Dr. Gandhi is my dental guy going forward! (Also thanks to Tiffany who helped answer my financial questions!)

So after reading up on reviews decided to come to Perfect Brow and was lucky to get Shauna! My eyebrows were looking like Groucho, yet sparse because of a fluctuating thyroid issue and honestly my brows had me feeling self-conscious. Shauna listened to my desired look and showed an outline of how she proposed to accomplish the look. I agree'd and was pleasantly surprised by the low discomfort from her technique. The receptionist staff was incredibly kind, and the assistant who helped with my X-rays was…read morehelpful, gentle, and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was very disappointing. I was quoted approximately $4,000 worth of dental work that I had not initially discussed with the office or agreed to. I specifically asked to only receive a routine cleaning and fluoride treatment, and once that was confirmed, I proceeded with the appointment. Unfortunately, the cleaning itself was unnecessarily uncomfortable and painful. The technician was very rough and seemed rushed throughout the procedure. Water was repeatedly sprayed onto my face and into my eyes, the dental light was frequently shining directly into my eyes without being offered protective sunglasses, and my mouth was repeatedly pulled and maneuvered in a way that felt uncomfortable and excessive. Additionally, the technician had the assistant who performed my X-rays complete my polishing and fluoride treatment. I was uncomfortable with this, as I was not given any explanation of his training or qualifications to perform those parts of the appointment. Overall, while some of the staff were kind and pleasant, the experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I have never had an experience like this at a dentist before, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.
