It comes out with shrimps and chicken on, to which we complain and it is taken back. It comes back out two minutes later. My mum starts eating and mentions eating something that didn't seem right. As I dig deeper into the noodles it is obvious that they have scooped the meat off the top and left the rest under the noodles. The manager did not apologise nor did he empathise, instead he kicked us out. If that had been an allergy (to shrimp for example) what would have happened? It was not about getting a free meal, it was about him understanding how their actions can impact people. I will not be eating here again nor will I be ordering take aways from here (as we usually do). Absolutely appalling behaviour and attitude from the manager.

I had to create this business as I was surprised it wasn't created in the first place…read more Now to add a bit of context to this review I will start off by saying Chinese around this part of Kent has been highly under whelming since moving around here. I had already tried three Chinese restaurants which I would give a two and a one star due to quantity vs price issue which left me very disheartened when adding to the fact the flavours were clearly missing. Now this brings me to Ming, the family and I were actually out last night looking for a quick and easy fatty fish and chip shop and my eyes saw the this black signage with gold writing saying Ming's Chinese restaurant on the side corner of the station square facing the train station. The place looked interesting but we were very skeptical because of our past experience with Chinese in the local area but we thought, hey let's look at the menu on the window. As we walked up to the window we noticed live fishes swimming in the fish tank and thought this looks fancy for a Chinese take away. Then a man walking in to collect his order said go in you won't be disappointed as its the best in the area. We thought okay let's walk in and check it out and upon our entry we were bombarded with first class attentive service which we weren't use to and immediately thought they are after our money but weren't we wrong. The staff were relentless in there approach to satisfying us throughout our whole visit and the same approach applied to every guest that came into the restaurant and yes it was a restaurant not a fast food take away. We weren't adventurous enough to go all out on the menu but we did order a portion of pork and crispy fried duck which both came in a strong punchy sauce and cabbage and also ordered the special fried rice. Now the rice lacked a bit in the way of soy sauce but it was a considerable marked improvement on the other local Chinese and I guess the strong punchy sauce balanced the rice for use. So yes this is a place I would recommend friends and family and we will eventually go back in due course to try more courses.

We've been regularly using this take away for many years, since not long after they opened. After…read morethe fiasco tonight, we'll never do business with these vile liars again. Here is the timeline of events: 20:55 - confirmation email from Just Eat received 21:06 - wife called restaurant to change order from delivery to collection due to restaurant extending the delivery time without warning - was told it had already left for delivery 21:26 - called to chase - told to wait another 10 mins 21:36 - called again to chase. We were asked if we wanted the food or not. I asked if they'd cooked it yet, and where was the food - they didn't give a straight answer. They eventually just hung up. 21:46 - called AGAIN, demanded a refund. They finally admitted it hadn't even been cooked yet - proof that they'd been lying to us for nearly an hour. Refused to give a refund, told us to call Just Eat if we wanted our money back. Hung up on us a second time. Why lie to us and say it's out for delivery when it wasn't even cooked and I was happy to collect? Why keep lying saying "another 10 mins" when it wasn't cooked? No manners, no apology - just aggressive rude people who seemingly don't need our cash. We'll NEVER use this place again. They are nothing short of being vile, despicable liars.

If you live in the local area of St Mary Cray, this Take Away is located in a small parade of shops…read moreright near the Mainline station (St Mary Cray) and is accessible from plenty of local bus stops directly outside if you live within a mile or 2, I have had them deliver from the order taken over the phone and average wait time is between 30 - 45min depending how busy they are, they do have a couple of tables inside the shop if you wish to eat in too. Now onto the good bit, I usually order the same items Sesame Prawn Toast, Large Spring Rolls, Roast Duck (in sweet plum sauce) with Roast Pork Chow Mein and Egg Fried Rice), this Chinese Cuisine Take Away does have plenty more to offer to order from (see photos of current leaflet for full list and prices as of June 2015), delivery of food turns up in the usual plastic microwavable containers and is always hot and fresh! a real taste of Chinese and I would recommend this Take Away to anyone that lives in the local area.
