Eager and excited to find a well rounded physician, I hung up and rearranged my finances to pay for services. I called back multiple times less than an hour later, no answer. After leaving a voice and text I finally got a call back and was told that Morledge didn't have capacity to see me for at least month and I would need to wait for an appointment just like a normal clinic after paying. $4000 per year to be treated like a normal clinic?!! Insane and frustrating to dump time and money into doing the right thing for health and be met with such apathy and misguided advertising. This clinic is acting like a concierge service but you will a classic clinic experience. Buyer beware.

I weened myself off the narcotics and started seeing Dawn hoping and praying for a miracle. After a few visits I felt much better and wondered why I didn't do this sooner. Dawn worked extensively on my back and neck and helped educate me about my body. After several months with no medication and very little pain I was able to conceive. I attribute Dawns care for my health and her knowledge of how to help with my particular needs to my being able to be a Mommy again. She is very accommodating and professional, her work area is clean and relaxing and one other thing that makes her great is, unlike many other places your not just another number or $$ in her pocket, she is sincere, patient and genuine with each person. Later in the day I realized I forgot to use my coupon - the main reason I stopped by in the first place! So I came back in the evening and explained my situation to Mohammed. He was very understanding and said I could apply the coupon to my previous purchase. As he was working through the exchange, the point of sale system crashed. He worked hard to troubleshoot it, even was on the phone with his manager a few times to work through it, he ended up calling in to the service team for their system. They eventually got it up and running so I could complete my purchase. But most importantly - through all the difficulties that I and the system caused - Mohammed was so kind and patient the whole time. He was apologetic even though he was doing his best and couldn't control the situation. He communicated the issues with other customers in the store so they weren't left in the dark about why they were waiting. I could tell that he cared about helping me and wanted to ensure I had a positive experience. I appreciate his amazing service and will be back.
