I've had two massages here before this most recent one. I called before I went in to make sure they did prenatal massages to which the response was yes. Upon arriving I said I need a prenatal massage for 90 minutes. The woman said ok and led me to the room. Of course, I lay on my side because I am unable to lay on my front. She was very confused and that's why I said I needed a prenatal massage. Turns out she didn't know what prenatal meant. Anyways, the massage began but it was literally her just rubbing oil on me the entire time. No full body deep massage. Literally just rubbing oil on my body with zero pressure. 60 minutes pass and she said "well just cut it at 60 minutes." I asked for 90 minutes, but honestly didn't mind because the massage was so bad. I got up to get ready and noticed a stain on the sheets. I go up to the register to pay and was met immediately with "how much for tip?" Was super glad to get out of there!! read more

Just got a massage from here. I got a very positive and professional massage from here. It was worth it. I will be returning.

Definitely not coming back,I paid 90 minutes massage for 100 dollars, I ask the lady to do whole body but she did only arm and legs.then she start talking asking my personal life.about my husband work and salary.then she tells me her personal life.this is not a professional!! They should have a training that once they do the massage they should be quiet so that the customers could relax.then the employees at front desk are so loud .I almost walk out !! I don't mind paying 100 dollars as long not this kind of experience! So bad and horrible. Not coming back anymore. read more

Ask for Kelly. My third monthly massage. So wonderful to have someone who knows muscles and tendons to strum them. Go there!

I have never gone out of my way to write a bad review before, so this is a first. My husband and I came here for a couples massage. We will not be going back here and did not enjoy our experience. There was no consultation form so the therapists did not know or ask what kind of pressure we wanted. She was too rough even after me asking for her to lighten up. The entire massage felt completely rushed. There was loud rap music either from an employee or the store next to them. I'm not sure if this is a different type of massage but it was not relaxing and I would not recommend if you want to be relaxed. I felt more stressed leaving than when I went in, I need a massage from my massage. Not worth the $100 we spent on it. I will say the people are nice even though they don't speak much English. And they did give us waters after we were done. read more

Massage was decent but she kept getting phone call , walking back and forth out the room and piping her gum . Could of been better

I walk in and notice it is very clean. The staff welcomes me. Very professional and courteous.. after a 1 hour massage, I can clearly say that they know what they are doing. Very good massage, they communicate very good. I totally recommend Lotus Massage for everyone. read more

Always a great massage my wife and I go there often would recommend anybody looking for a great massage friendly staff clean establishment

Good massage. Very nice staff. Gave me a card to get a discount on my next visit. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Well I will say it's not my worst massage. It was ok if your looking for something basic and not focused. I will start from the beginning. We were immediately ushered into a room and the door closed the lady that came to the front was very difficult to understand which is ok but I still need some direction besides being thrown in a room and the door shut. No questions were asked, like, is there any area you would like to focus on etc. We just went right into it. And the effing door bell was painfully annoying. Then they would go in and out of the room without warning, but to be fair it would be to get supplies that maybe should have been in the room... and a warning before putting hot stones on someone's skin is proper, although I did enjoy them. We were not asked what type of massage we wanted so I guess they have one thing it's maybe 20 minutes, tops, of deep tissue and the rest oil rubbing "Swedish". I did request some more time on my neck and I got it for a couple of minutes and it was nice but if they had asked they would have known my husband and I both have low back injuries and that I needed focused time on my neck and upper shoulder area as I messed it up on a rollercoaster . Didn't touch the feet which was disappointing as they were aching pretty bad, again had they asked they would have known. The head massage was very good but short. I have come to learn massages are one of those things you get what you pay for and speaking of payment..... I was then hounded about the tip I left which was the tipping point for me I found that extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. She hit the custom tip button for me by the way. I left a fair tip for what we got. We won't be back needless to say. The best massages I will say have been at balanced body spa (my #1 for sure) and massage envy if you are looking for a good spot. read more

I will start off with the good, being able to get out of the house away from kids. As a massage therapist myself i will have to say the massage, environment, and payment process was not desirable. The therapist was fast paced and did not make the session relaxing. As I enjoy deep pressure, I do not enjoy a therapist massaging my spine and bones. Massage is done to soft tissue. I was disturbed when she walked out of the room without notice to get a warm towel. It was a nice gesture however, simply saying "give me one moment to get a warm towel" would have sufficed. I felt the need to meditate throughout the entire session just to make it through to the end. Once I was finished and began gathering my things I noticed a small roach crawling on the wall. Luckily I did not bring a bag in with me because it was the kind that multiplies. Upon checkout I was forced into leaving a tip. The sign says "If you were satisfied with your massage than please leave a tip". The therapist took it upon herself to put in an amount she believed she should have been paid. Being a person who has worked for tips before I kindly left one but the biggest tip is that I will not be returning to the establishment. Oh and by the way this review was done while sitting in the parking lot and to my surprise the other therapist has walked out with a dustpan with trash and dumped it on the sidewalk/grass area. Smh. Pathetic. Walmart is a walk away to get a cheap trash can. read more
