This service actually deserves negative stars. We have been using this cleaners for almost 2 years…read moreand have only had a couple of minor issues until this past week thru today. I took in 2 pink jackets that were brand new and when we picked them up, there were spots and splotches all over them. We gave them a chance to correct the problem. My husband picked up the jackets and brought them home so I could look at them. The jackets both still had spots and discolorations all over. The very angry manager or whoever sits at the embroidery machine said she would call us the following day after talking to her manager. She never called, even after we left messages for her. We went back today and she said the jackets were fixed and ready to go. I inspected them and they were wrinkled, had places where the fabric was puckering, and had shrunken. When I asked why the fabric was like this she said because they were cheap and shouldn't be dry cleaned, which was a lie. She then said, You will never be happy, how much were they? I handed her my receipts and she wrote me a check. Needless to say, we are never taking clothes there again. As we drove away, she had an employee walk my jackets to a dumpster, I guess because she thought it would make me mad. It didn't. She must be an angry elf and even more miserable person.

He climbed on roof, come down and grabbed his caulking gun. 15 minutes later he came back down and said you don't need a roof. He showed me pictures where the squirrels ate holes in the lead vent covers. WOW!! The first roofer was going to charge me $9800 for a new roof that Rock-Crete fixed in 15 minutes. I will be building a new house next year and I will defiantly call them out. Honesty goes a long way. It's so hard these days knowing who you can trust. Thank God there are still honest people still around in this day and time we live in.

I do wish they had thicker mig wire because my mig reacts completely different with .23 instead of .25 (the thinner gauge required me to do a lot of fiddling around with the amperage and feed adjustments that had already become second nature to me depending on what I was welding); I made sure to ask: was told they don't carry .25 "it's the same" - sorry, but experience proves otherwise. I also got quoted 3 different prices on argon tank refills... not sure what's up there. But other than that, I'm very pleased with the place. Those minor things are why I can't quite give a 5 star.
