I have used these folks a couple of times for my rental property in Bryan. They have been quick,…read moreefficient, and reasonably priced. For the life of me I can not remember their names, Trent and Mike? The first was a broken garage door opener. It was an older model and he quoted me both a price to repair and time to order parts or a price to replace. I chose to replace and rather just select from a few options they let me pick any unit from Lowe's or Home Depot. They bought and installed it with only the installation fee. The second time my dishwasher. Same thing, it needed a new circuit panel which was almost the price of a new washer. So I selected the one I wanted and they installed. I could also have just let them pick one out for me. They have always answered my calls directly or called me back promptly. They have an extra fee for the weekends, so I have had my work done weekdays and they can usually get to it in a day or so. (unless it is Aug as A & M student body is all moving into town!) I recommend them and will be using them again.

I have two big dogs and when they came running up to say hi and even barking, Ashely and her team were so sweet to the girls! They were quick and efficient when it came to the cleaning. Everything looked shiny and perfect when they were done! They dusted my ceiling fans, walls, and cabinets. The only thing they did not do was my oven but I did not requested it to be done! I will and have recommended AAI cleaning to friends and family. If you're looking for someone to come and clean, you can trust Ashley and her team.

This company is absolutely the best when it comes to installing sunrooms…read more The price was right, the service was great, and an added benefit of having a sunroom enclosure on the back of our house is that it provides a buffer between harsh cold weather and our house. The temperature differences between the outside of the sunroom and the interior of the sun room runs between 15-20 degrees. This is a boon to our energy costs. The sunroom also shields us from extreme heat - our air conditioner does not kick in as often. On top of this, the after-service was great. The installation team came out and adjusted our sliding door lock so it works perfectly. Highly recommend this company.
