Unfortunately, when I returned to the home after the cleaning, several areas that I expected to be included were still dirty. The baseboards had not been cleaned, the window sills still had dirt and dust, and the interior window glass still had visible marks that I ended up cleaning myself. I also had to mop portions of the kitchen floor and scrub the kitchen sink. I will mention she did a great job cleaning our appliances which seemed to be the only visible difference concluding her visit. Because I wanted to make sure I understood what was included in the service, I sent Emily a text asking for clarification on what her move-out cleaning covered. Unfortunately, I never received a response and was left on read. After paying $250 for the service, the lack of communication was just as disappointing as the quality of the cleaning. I normally wouldn't leave a negative review because I know small businesses are working hard to grow, but I also believe honest feedback is important for future customers.
