The person who ordered them FOR ME complained to the company that outsourced to them. They called me and left a VERY curt message saying they were going to pick them up and to leave them outside. I was confused so I called back and a woman was equally curt and refused to disucss it and told me to leave them outside (in below freezing weather) to kill them and any joy that might be derived from them. I left them out for a couple of hours and then brought them back in to respect the life of the flowers that gave their lives... they never showed up. If you don't like spreading joy and happiness... maybe don't have a flower shop?

The lady that answered the phone was very nice but when I started with the first order and said we wanted yellow roses an awful woman next to her started mouthing off with a very rude attitude saying- No ! No ! No ! We are not doing that ! he can order a basket but we are not getting that specific on what he gets. Not only did I end the call but I quickly called other family members and told them not to call there and we needed to find another florist. When I contacted them by email, they said I should have given them a chance to correct the arrangement, which doesn't make sense if there was a supply issue. They even questioned how dear the deceased was to me if I was complaining about the arrangement! I attended this wake and funeral from out of town. Why couldn't they call me about the supply issue? I was very embarrassed when I saw my order at the funeral home! Their refund policy states if not satisfied, they will give a partial or full refund, but they refused. When I stated I would contact my credit card company, they replied that they have records of what the arrangement cost for them to make. I so regret using this florist.

The designers there really know their stuff and have helped me several times - I just describe what I think I need, and they bring it to life.
