I had such a great experience at Trademark. Gabby was my stylist and I had come in for a consult…read moreone day after work several weeks ago. She spent time listening to all I the crazy things I wanted and explained what we could do and when I showed up Saturday she knocked it out of the park. She is a perfectionist in the best way possible and her attention to detail is phenomenal. I have never had a stylist who so detailed and amazing. I love love love my new haircut, highlights, lowlights, just everything. The salon its self is absolutely beautiful and I love the aesthetic look...so professional and has a such a nice look. So glad I found them online. Already booked my next appointment.

The owner focused heavily on whether my appointment was booked the day before or the same day. If my recollection of the exact timeline was off by a day, I acknowledge that. At the time, I was traveling for work and coordinating appointments through my sister, who was calling multiple salons on my behalf while I was in transit. However, that was never the point. My concern was the lack of flexibility and customer care shown throughout the situation. Businesses have every right to enforce their policies. Customers also have every right to decide whether they feel valued when something goes wrong. Frankly, I found the owner's response far more concerning than the original dispute itself. The decision to publicly disclose extensive details about my appointment history, billing dispute, consultation, and private interactions felt unnecessarily personal, deeply unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a public business review. Readers can draw their own conclusions. Personally, the owner's response spoke far louder than my review ever could, and I will not be returning or recommending this business. Original Review: I understand salons have cancellation and no-show policies, and I accepted responsibility for missing a same-day appointment due to an unexpected work obligation. However, after not visiting the salon for over 52 weeks, I had completely forgotten they still had my card on file. I was surprised to learn I had been charged $117 for a same-day appointment, especially since there was no opportunity to provide 48 hours' notice on a same-day booking. As a returning customer after more than a year, I believe it would have been reasonable for the reservationist to clearly communicate that a same-day no-show would result in an immediate charge of over $100. A simple reminder at the time of booking could have avoided this entire situation. What I find most unacceptable is being told the charge would remain as a credit that could be applied toward future services, only to later be told I could no longer be serviced by the salon. If a business decides it no longer wishes to have someone as a client, that is its right. However, keeping a customer's money as a service credit while simultaneously refusing to provide services raises serious concerns about fairness and communication. Very poor business practice by Tim, the owner. The communication was inconsistent, the handling of this situation was disappointing, and it is not how I would expect a returning customer to be treated.

Love Vintage Park Salon! I've been coming here and seeing LeeAnn for over 10 years, and I wouldn't…read moretrust anyone else with my hair. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming--they truly treat you like family. I've had everything from haircuts to Brazilian Blowouts done here, and I'm always happy with the results. The salon is clean, professional, and consistently provides excellent service. They also offer eyelash services, which I'm excited to try next. I highly recommend Vintage Park Salon to anyone looking for a salon that genuinely cares about its clients!

Just wanted to share so no one else can get taken advantage of! And if you want to make money this…read moresalon is not for you!! Im a former employee I was suppose to be doing lashes but it was too slow and the other 2 stylist were not as busy as they were used to. The job post online said from $15 an hour....which is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Lash stylist are commission ONLY! So I was helping LeeAnn the owner out and doing the front desk for her! Now it's not just front desk.....you are actually her assistant!! Your job is to answer both phones the one for the salon and the one for longMI lashes, schedule clients, etc do all the front desk duties but also you have shampoo every client that needs a cut, wash out color put toner and sometimes blow dry which wouldn't be a problem but there is no commission off of it and you get paid pennies!! She has back to back clients. And if she gets backed up then she will ask one of the other stylist to help her but not share the money for their time and talent! She was no clear when she hired me! This is why receptionist don't stay long and it makes sense now when clients would come in and say "oh another new person!" Even if you are a hair stylist you only get 40% and there is a back bar charge that she is taking a percentage from the stylist as well. LeeAnn is pretty much the only one that has back to back clients (because she has an assistant) and then the other stylist get the "overflow"Just wanted to be clear and no one get blind sided if you ever want to apply here! She clearly does not value her staff and their talent!
