We decided to go to Lotus Boba Tea to get a drink to help us cool off from the spicy food we just had for lunch. This boba shop is one of the only ones I've seen that has a drive through lane. While we didn't use it, I found it to be pretty unique. We only got one drink to share: Lotus Special Milk Tea, Less Sweet, Large ($6.40) - This drink comes with boba and custard pudding. Less sweet was still super sweet and tasted like I was drinking candy. There was no tea taste or astringency at all to balance the sugar. The drink itself was a bit chalky and powdery, like it was made from powder. The pudding was standard - almost all boba places use standard suppliers for pudding. The boba was cooked well and had a good chew., maybe a slight bit soft, but pretty good overall. Honestly, I didn't like the drink overall and ended up throwing it out after struggling to finish half of it. Maybe the other drinks here are better? I'm not sure I would go to Lotus again even if I lived in the area.

This is a nice place. A little confusing on where to go to order, but small enough to catch on. I ordered the Sunrise Red Bulk drink and my wife ordered a green tea w/mango flavor and mango popping boba. She liked loved it. I'm not a fan of coconut, but the sunrise drink was really good. It was sweet with a hint of coconut. Perfect combination of flavors. Good service. Suggestion to customers. It would be good to look at their website to see what's inside the drinks.

Service was good! The lady that helped my was kind and nice. We usually come here when we're visiting Las Cruces and quite enjoy a match smoothie and the taro coconut with boba. I just tried the Tiger with boba and let me just say this... was so delicious. The boba has a delicious savory flavor that I love! I will definitely come back when I can. They do have a drive-thru that was kinda easy to miss, but still neat!

I enjoyed this place a lot because it never seems to run out of boba like other places. Might just be lucky, though. The drink itself is pretty refreshing and sweet. The size pretty good. Sometimes the line in the drive thru can be a bit long but the orders seem to come out fast enough. In order to avoid the big line we opted to go inside and that's when we notice maybe the drive thru wasn't as bad of a wait. Because the service was not the best. We waited a while to have our receipt handed to us to sign and they almost forgot one of our orders which they proceed to slam on the table when it was ready. They sure caught our attention with that. Being that busy can take a toll on the employees so I can see it could be a circumstantial occurrence. Next time I'll just use the drive thru and spare the abuse because the tea is really good. Provecho!

So happy I found this place! My daughter was craving boba and I decided to give this place a try. The drive thru is so convenient. The employees were super friendly and quick. I'll be back again soon!

Delicious boba! Happy we stopped by and they have a drive thru by the building. Also i got a bulb cup instead of the regular one. Too cute!

It was SO GOOD! Moved to Las Cruces from Phoenix and have been checking out new places. I got the Taro tea with boba and it was DELICIOUS, I should have got the large size! My bf and his sister got the red bull drinks and enjoyed them too. Will definitely be coming back!

Nice to have another stand alone Boba Tea place in Las Cruces. Boba tea is usually an extra beverage in a restaurant, which is more limited. Like the choices. If not for the pandemic restrictions, I would have given this place 5 stars.

Best boba in the area. I dig it. I would dig it even more if the store had a boba punch card, aka- Buy 9-bobas' get the 10th free.

This place is the most legit boba in Las Cruces and even El Paso by far. Definitely give them a try and support them!

A group of us were looking for a chill place to meet up after class. It was not that long after…read morelunch, so we thought Boba should be good! Well, this is not your average Boba spot. It's kind of dark on the inside and when we first came in, it didn't really look like anyone worked there. It's a pretty good sized space and they easily accommodated our group of 9 without prior reservations. The interior is clean, but has a divey feel to it. The servers were pretty pleasant - no complaints there. So the menu... it's a lot. So many different options, but it's difficult to understand the theme of the restaurant. It's just all very confusing. OK so they have Boba which is Japanese, and then kind of keeping with that theme, they have different fried rice plates... but then they also have quesadillas... club sandwiches... there's no theme. I ordered a Lavender Milk Tea and built my own quesadilla with chicken, bacon, green chile and beans... but the star of it all was the sweet potato fries as my side. Will I eagerly try to go back? Maybe not, but if I had to, I would.

I have to say the soup is very good, but it is WAY overpriced for what you get. $12.95 for a…read moreregular sized bowl of soup is a little on the steep side. They also advertise that they have draft beer but they DON'T. The service is mediocre at best. They are friendly just not efficient. Overall I would like to return but they need to work the prices or at least give portions that are worth the cost.
