Subtle, and delicious! (If you like American-style fried rice, add some soy sauce!) On the other hand, the lemongrass lo mein... WOW! It was nicely spicy, not too much for SE Asian style, and the lemongrass/chili flavor just exploded in my mouth. The noodles were cooked as perfectly as I've ever had. Decent amounts of well-cooked proteins, might have liked a touch more vegetables, but this was 9/10 food from a trailer parked by a bowling alley. Gotta love it!
