The Used-Car he also ordered was sold as having 4 brand new tyres, upon further inspection 2 of the tyres had considerable chunks of tyres taken of the walls, and in the managers words "we fucked up". This is also not the first time I've had family members treated like crap from Audi Eastbourne, if you aren't buying new, good luck getting any decent customer service.
