The staff greeted us was nice and courteous. The food selection is not extensive, quality was OK. There were just three choices for desserts. I had the Spice Apple & Raisins Hand Pies, that was flaky and good, with nuts that added a nice crunch to it. We didn't order at the bar. The orange juice in a carafe inside a small fridge was fresh and good. We didn't eat a lot, as we don't want to have a big meal before a long haul flight. By the way, this flight has been delayed for 5 hours because of a delayed incoming flight. Thank God that they notified us by email and text the night before. What is not so great with this lounge is: it is shared by many airlines, and was super crowded when we arrived around 6:30 pm. The set up of tables and chairs, couches and cocktail tables are very tight in a relatively small lounge. It was difficult to navigate a passage way to the buffet area or washrooms. The washroom stalls were small and not perfectly clean. With that said. I am still happy that we have a lounge to rest before our flight.

Finally a decent lounge in Chicago O hare if you. If you are flying Etihad or Air India, the lounge is literally between the 2 gates. Food is polish inspired so if you are a vodka fan, they have a nice vodka experience. Wine and cocktail selection is good too. Food is decent and has some vegetarian options. I couldn't understand a lot of the polish dishes but they had nice selection of charcuterie, soup, chicken, dips. Service is very efficient.

If you're catching a midnight flight out of Terminal 5, your lounge options are limited and even more so with United's Polaris lounge being under renovation. So we opted to come to the LOT Lounge (Polish Airlines) which is also under the Star Alliance and the greeting and service were awesome. Thus, we're so glad we came here and thank you Ade for your straight up honest and detailed review. The concierge was very friendly and mentioned that the lounge just recently opened and was very welcoming. There were things to fill up on but I normally don't eat big at lounges or buffets anymore because I'm trying to save some room for the next meal. :) However, I did eat a good amount of pierogis with cabbage and sour cream, that was good. I also had some chicken breast which is an excellent low fat protein option. They also have a bunch of things to munch on like Polish caramel chews, nuts, cereal and stuff like that. The bartender/Mixologist was really friendly and cool. He also made a special drink using a popular Polish Vodka (off the menu my friend) and that was exquisite, as were all the other drinks that we sampled. There aren't too many people this late at night so we had the place practically all to ourselves and the employees were quick to clear our plates, every now and then. Heck, I almost didn't want to leave and jump on that 14 hour and 44 minute flight. :)

It's not a huge lounge but it's really nice. The food buffet has a variety of options to appeal to US customers and European. There was the traditional eggs and bacon but they also had a cold buffet with cold cuts, cheese and veggies.

Amazing service and very tasty food! I'm not an airport lounge connoisseur, but this is much better than any I've been in before. The drinks include some Polish options (the honey liquor!). A wonderful selection of classic cocktails too. The bartenders and wait staff were all very kind. Most of the food is Polish as well, which is to be expected from a Polish airline. Sausages, pierogis, soup, roasted veggies, some of the best hummus I've ever eaten, fruits, cake, and more. Our airline had a partnership with them, but our class of ticket wasn't included for free entry. So we came up and asked if they had day passes, and they did. It's not cheap at $70 per person, but they didn't have time limits (or at least didn't on the day we went). Still, for the food, drink, beautiful interior, and calm/classy atmosphere (severely lacking from some other lounges in terminal 5), it's worth it! I noticed there were a few completely enclosed rooms for work/taking calls as well, so it's a good option for a working layover. Private full stalls in each restroom, darkened private work areas to the left of the bar, and a shower round out the offerings. Very nice overall!

While the clubs used to be spacious with decent food and drink offerings and excellent service, the clubs have become much busier with fewer seats available and average food and drink options. It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. With that said, this particular lounge is one of the largest locations I have been in, and there are many places within the lounge to relax, do work, grab a snack, or anything else. In fact, for such a large lounge, there were surprisingly open seats here and there where I'm used to smaller lounges without any open seats. There is comfortable seating as well as bar seating and table seating. Also over the last year, I've begun to see the efforts made to improve the Admirals Club membership which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups, Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). There are charcuterie offerings, dessert trays, a salad bar, hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and then house drinks. You can pay more for premium drinks and prepared meals. Access to the lounge is easy to get whether through the Citi Executive World Mastercard with free access for you and up to two guests. You can also pay $175 for up to three authorized users each receiving their own lounge access (with up to two guests). Also, One World alliance flyers with a certain status can access Admirals Clubs. There are also Flagship Lounge and Flagship First Dining locations, which offer much more than just Admirals Clubs. I'm confident that making it easy to get Admirals Club memberships has led to lounges being overcrowded though now that you have to pay for authorized users instead of getting them for free in recent years, that may help. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club. This specific lounge is also connected to the Flagship Lounge, which is a special elevated American Airlines lounge complete with Flagship Dining options. I look forward to testing this out sooner than later on a future layover at ORD.

Food options for lunch on a Saturday with very tender and tasty beef, mushroom risotto. There's also salad, fruit, prosciutto, two types of soups, dessert, coffee, tea, and other drinks. I appreciated the option of oat milk for the coffee area due to having lactose intolerance. There's also two bars in the lounge - we didn't partake in any alcohol. There is relatively fast WiFi in the lounge on- there are signs with the Wi-Fi name and password. The staff quickly takes plates and cleans up tables, and food is frequently replenished.

All I can tell you is the food was very good. There is plenty of seating, so unless they have a lot of flights going on, you can find a seat. The seating was comfortable and we took a table by the food which we frequented... The wine selection was much better than I expected and I enjoyed some Pinot Noir. This was a great experience - one we don't take advantage of often. So, what I can tell you is it is much, much better than sitting at the gate. :)

I recall eating off of paper plates last year at the SFO Polaris lounge which was depressing. The dining room looks like it can accommodate more people than before and it looks so much more classier. We got the Polaris burger, potato soup, shrimp fritter, arancini. Here what I rate them below: Shrimp fritter- 8/10. Yum! Love the presentation. Fritter was perfect. Shrimp pieces were present. Best Bundt cake to mark 100 years. They also had a holiday special for Easter which I never seen in a lounge. They had someone carve lamb and served veggies & potatoes! Yummmm. You don't see so many staff this rude each time you go unless something is wrong with the company. The staff members also hide their name cards.
