If you are new to the brewery, I recommend ordering a sampler flight so you can try all the beers in one sitting. The bar area is small, but there are booths, high top tables and long tables aplenty. Arrived right at opening time. Nice and comfortably cool inside on a hot May afternoon and ample indoor seating. Recognized the owner behind the counter from some articles I had seen online. Ordered the lager. He says we have seating outside in front and on the side of the building - grab a seat out there and I'll bring your beer when it's ready. What? It's 98 degrees outside with 40 percent humidity and how long does it take to pour a beer? The answer apparently is 10 minutes. I waited outside for 10 minutes with no other customers in the place. After sweating outside, was debating whether to get another beer or not. Figured I drove all the way down here from quite a distance so might as well. Same deal. Go outside and I'll bring it out to you. He sure did. About the same wait time. One of things I like about going to Minnesota breweries is the friendly chit chat with owners and bartenders. Not the case here. Saw they posted this on their FB the same day I was there "A/C inside for those already not liking the heat.". Ha! I wish I would have been allowed to enjoy it.
